I am seething about lack of service and support and wrong information, by the company Noodle, claiming (free international calls using inclusive minutes from Orange to Tunisa) on using the pre-fix number given. I found that only calls less than a minute were free-the rest on my bill were charged at ninety pence per minute. On finding this out, i emailed them seven times in one week-i was passed on to another email address, to which i emailed another seven times without reply. Signed up and paid on 19th September 2007 for 12voip 120/90 days free calls. Money taken and days counting down but no service as account keeps saying i have no credit, even though account says amount paid. I have emailed them 7 times i received one reply saying i had to buy credit before i could make calls. They must be able to see the information on the accounts.
