Stay away. A representative came into my office one night and promised so many things. Charges started to incurr immeditaley and was promised reimbursements. I ended up cancelling within the month and they wouldn't honor. Charging cancellation charges and more. They have the equipment and am still being charged. Have called me twice now, most recent 04/12/11. Claim they were calling on behalf of AT&T to correct a billing error that involved thousands of customers. Since there were so many customers AT&T had to get a 3rd party involved to correct. There was no billing error and luckily I did not fall for it. Shady people. Be very careful and listen because they will mention ISI will now be your carrier. In August of 2010 I received a letter from Paul J. Hooten about a debt owed for $4700.00 from Associated Plastic Surgeona. Extremely poor after the sales service. Do not buy from Somerville Aluminum. After siding our entire house and detached garage we immediately started getting water in our kitchen. I thought that I had bought a BVD/580 blue ray surround sound system. When I opened the box there was a different model a BVD/570 which is $200 less and does not have a built in wireless connection like the BVD/580 has. I called customer service and they said it shows that I bought a BVD/570 even though the box the BVD/570 came in says it is a BVD/580 with a built in wireless card. They will not do anything for me so I must take them to small claims court which will cost me $60. I placed an ad on Zillow on March 12, 2011 to sell my lot. I paid $ 39.95 for the ad to run for 180 days. A few days after I checked the site. I could only find my ad if I typed in the exact address of the lot. It was not on any of the 10 pages which listed homes and lots in Sebring. I also checked 'lots/land' not listed there either. Bought a white 2001 Honda Odyssey with 135, 000 miles from them on April 14, 2011 and the check engine light came on the next day.
