I ordered a front bumper for my 2000 Grand Am GT on 1/15/11. The picture in the mail was a GT model, they sent me the SE model. So I sent it back on 2/5/11, yes thats how slow they were to ship it out to me. They told me once they recieved the bumper they would send out the 'correct' bumper. We purchased two Olde English Bulldogs, a boy & girl, from Nan & Dave in Oct. 2006. When we drove to Spooner to pick our puppies up, Nan stated that they have not received the papers for the puppies yet & as soon as she receives them she would mail them to us. I purchase a protetion plan from AA Auto Protection in October 2009 on my 2002 Jaguar for $2, 500.00 and the sale person went over what all the things that were covered. I put my car in the shop for some repair on 1/24/2011, the repaair bill was for over $4, 000 and AA say only $900.00 was covered so I had to pay $4, 000.00 out of my pocket. Platinum Parking is contracted by my apartment managment to monitor our parking lot. They have recently issued a false ticket to one of my guests; rather than cooperating to have the matter resolved they revert to quoting policy, circumventing the details of the ticket and have proceeded to lecture me on conscientious parking practices. I admit my ownership in trying to get money online, but I never faxed nor signed anything online to even get the $200. I actually needed more than $200 and did not want to pay a processing fee that I read about. Again, I just closed out the website and did not sign or fax anything to this company. I did not receive any money but yet they charged my account the $19 processing fee on March 1, 2011.
