I was approached by this company to ask if I wanted to repair my damaged online reputation. I have a small clientele who have been with me for years and dont have a problem with complaints or dissatisfied customers. I suddenly started seeing all kinds of inaccurate and slanderous messages about my company appearing on search engines. They hiked my bill daily, never was the repair price quoted. They broke things, put on a serpentine belt that didn't go to a ford or SUV, they bent parts, put hood back on crooked chipping paint, damaged a pulley & to top it all off after $3200.00+, the service manager was rude & hung up on me when I questioned dup part charges. I purchased a pair of glasses at this establishment. I knew and expected to pay some of the fee out of pocket due to the way my vision insurance worked. I did not have a problem with that. I had the exam, and picked out a pair of frames. All was good and I was told to check back in a few days, and they should be ready by then. They go around sending you tons of unsolicited junk mail and they won't stop! They flood you with junk mail to your server day and night. When you block them, they expeditiously change their e-mail address from which they spam you and continue their fraudulent deceptive practices. The worst thing is that Mizzen Media Management is located in Canada, meaning that they don't fall under the FTC laws and you can't report them to FTC for that reason. Solicited and called by telemarketers for tax assistance. Make promised, overnighted materials. Got papers signed. Did some calling. Took 1000 dollars from account. I cancelled contract and debits and requested refund. Got Rather rude letter back saying that company would not refund my $1000. Customer service has been rude and downright verbally abusive. I bought my wife a fur coat in 2007 and told them in 2008 it was tearing. It kept splitting. Then in 2009 we decided it was dry rotted. One of the sales man said they bought another fur store out and some of the coats might have been dryrotted. They made a deal with us and said they would give us another coat comparable to the one we had. Then they said they could only find a coat that was $2K more than the one we previously bought and wanted that amount. I refused and told them to give me my money back. I bought an item on eBay and sent a money order and when I received the item I purchased I also had some postal guy show up to my door talking about credit fraud. The item I bought with a money order was actually bought with a stolen credit card. I may have to repay for the tv I bought. And the guy who I bought it from isn't caught. I did research and it turns out what happened was he purchased the tv from a retail site with stolen CC after I sent he money order..
