On 16 Jan 2011 my fiancee called 'Hickman Plumbing', to repair a water leak I had noticed a few days before. Haven Senior Horizons a inpatient Psych hospital for 55 and over. Primarily medicates seniors with Alzheimers and Dementia. They keep patients in their hospital for money, if their patient count is down, even though patient is ready for discharge.
