My file # with them is 897958 and the account # is 004 8842 87126, for the collections of clearing an account with Bank of America. Not only these people are total rip-off, but they are also rude. First they show up to fix a burst pipe, do nothing, charge $100 for "visit fee", and leave some paper with $850 worth of other things to do before they would deign to replace a $5 PVC pipe. I used AT&T's prepaid service called GoPhone for a few months last year. I left a balance of $50 or so on the account because I thought I might need the phone in the future, which I do now. Now when I need the phone, I find that without any written notice they have closed my account, kept the money and given the number to another party, even though I have given it to couple of financial institutions. Best tankless water heater at a resonable price and great customer service. I call at 10 PM when i finaly done with my instalation and i was not sure about a detail. Response was profesional and right on the money. With tankless technology, sizing is paramount. I purchased some driving lights at the Carquest Tigrd Oregon Store on Friday 2/25/11. I installed them on Saturday. I found very little wiring for power only no additional wiring for the lights as explained in the directions.
