WORST WEB HOSTING! I canceled my account 20 days prior to the renewal date (verified in writing) they still billed me $107.40 for the basic package which they charge $52.00 for new accounts. I was a customer of Blue Cross/Blue Shield for about 10 years, and NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING regarding my medical insurance or a doctor accepting my medical insurance. We called the maker on this and they said that you must heat the pot up before you make the coffee. But it does not state this on the box. The box says easy-to-use, portable thermal carafe with brew-through lid keeps coffee fresh for hours. It does not keep coffee hot even if you follow their directions that they tell you when you call their 800 number. I ordered a necklace for my wife for Valentine. The ad was very clear, "order before February 4 and we guarantee delivery for Valentine". I ordered online on January 30, paid the full amount with CC. On February 10, I got an e-mail stating "good news, your item has shipped. Expect delivery in 7 to 10 days". What's good about that? Valentine is on the 14th.
