Automatic renewal service caused a double charged when I renewed on my own. Had to wait 2 weeks and call 6 times, talk to 2 people and the name given on Better Business Bureau before I got any refund. Service is poor. This was in Nov 2010. BBB rating A +. I purchased a pair of glasses from ZenniOptical and I am very dissatisfied. Believe me there is a reason that in their term of use they say We urge you to KEEP YOUR CURRENT glasses as a backup pair. This company came to do the grooming on my dog and promised a 5 star treatment that included nail trimming. My wife was alone home when they came and performed the service on my dog. When I came home I found out that they did not do the nail trimming on my dog, I called them and promised to show up next day. When they came for the nail trimming the cut my dog's nail so bad that my dog was bleeding severely for a couple of minutes and in pain. On March 1st of 2010 we gave Mohammad Arshad $4285.00 for delivery of 100 bagpipes with the balance due when they arrived. He emailed us stating that it was confirmed the items would arrive by end of July 2010, today is 2-23-11 and we still do not have the items and Mohammad is not responding to phone calls or emails. Boss Building was the CONTRACTOR on a retail store. We were the SUBCONTRACTOR. We worked overtime, day & night to get this job completed for them.
