I was contacted by Michael Bailey from the "Millcroft Loan Center" telling me I'd been approved for a $5000 loan I'd applied for online. Last week I purchaced 5 bags of this cat food. Checkout scanner invoiced item at $7.50 each. Shelf price clearly marked at $7.00 each. Yesterday I asked store manager for return of $2.50 plus tax to correct overcharge. Acting store manager told me that because I had used a money off coupon on 4 of 5 purchaces that a price correction was not allowed because I had allready goten more than $0.50 per bag off. Despite receiving the email below after registering, Cinemaden continued to charge my account without giving access to movies. Their FORGOT PASSWORD does not work https://www.cinemaden.com/members/login, which means there was NO WAY to log into my account and no human being answers their call service. While I worked as a supervisor at the Hendersonville Career Connections, I was told repeatedly to double enter and sometimes triple or quadruple enter the number of people "served" through the center. They inflate their numbers by counting them if they register at one center and then go to another center, they count them up to four times if they register through the re-entry program and then, after a one-time consultation, move over Career Connections and are counted again thereby artificially inflating their numbers. I purchased the True Blue Tanning Spray and I too got a dead rotting body smell. Everything that was in the bathroom where I sprayed, towels, shower curtian, bath rug, walls had to be repainted, my clothing, my bed clothing, aprrox $500. worth of home goods had to be thrown away. I have purchased some movies from this company via their website in February (for $50). Despite my numerous claims and emails and re-assurance the products will be delivered they had never arrived. The company claimed this was UPS issue, but when I tried to track my parcel using the consignment tracking number, I realized UPS has never received any goods. I asked for the refund which I was again re-assured to receive (in June). Now it's end of August, and I haven't received any goods. Nor have I received my money back. My insurance company hired this lawyer and his firm to defend me against a traffic accident case. Mr. Gibson had me come to his office. He told me that he needed $1, 000 to make witnesses go away.
