My hot water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called my insurance company and they approved Forstmost Plumbing to come to my house on Monday. Two plumbers showed up and said they could have the special order water heater ordered and installed on Wednesday afternoon and that they'd take the form of payment as personal check, cash or credit card. When I contacted the post, the individual explained that they were going through a divorce and moved back to england so they would need a 3rd party person to take care of the contracts and keys. On February7, 2011, Platinum Online Group/EPLATINUM made an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. Platinum Online Group took $99.00 of my money, and this transaction caused an NSF fee of $33.00 to be charged against my checking account. Moreover, this unauthorized transaction caused several valid transactions to also go NSF. Beware to anyone considering going to get treatment at this Chiropractor. I was involved in an Auto accident and these crooks went through my PIP in less than a month. $10, 000 gone in 4 weeks.
