BML Marketing Company was supposed to list my timeshare on six web sites. These separate sites along with professionally done sales ads will be submitted to over 1200 search generators on the internet. I have received phone calls from these people at work. With names like Officer Rick Henry and Officer Patrick Wilson. In both cases, the Indian accent is so strong you can barely understand what they are saying. Rude, to say the least. Very unpleasant experience with these people. Be sure to have the salespeople put everything in writing. First, the mattress set was delayed for days. Then, when they finally did deliver it, it was not the same as the one in the store. Bought a TomTOm 930T in June of 2010. Signed up online the day I bought it so there was record. 10 months later, the screen is BLACK. Called for warranty. They will not warranty it because the date of manufacture says it was out of warranty. If I can prove I bought it in June 2010, they will fix it. I told them I could show a credit card statement where I bought it from the store, but ti would not show the itemized products. Not good enough. Purchased a computer with my credit card on August 2010. Money was taken from my card, however the computer never was sent. A few months later I got a notice saying they ran out of stock but to submit an email to a new site and it would get sent out. Still never got my order. I spent over $2500 on a Viking Ice Machine (actually it's a Marvell Ice Machine with a Viking logo). These guys a couple of years ago decided not to pay their suppliers and service providers. We are a fairly small firm and it really hurt us. I used Servicemagic to find a cleaning company for my oriental rugs, believing that they were a reputable filter for reliable professional service professionals in my area. I received only one call right away. I thought more would call. I am in agreement with the other complaints. I have been e filing my income tax with Turbo Tax for years. This year I spent 40 minutes filing and at the end I was charged $29.00. If I didn't give a credit card they would not file my return or I could pay them $39.00 that would be taken out of my return. I bought a pair of gloves with heaters and after the battery failed, they said that they wouldnt replace. After a few uses they said I could buy a more expensive glove that didnt have the same issues. When I sent a letter to the owner, they agreed it was their fault but had 30 days to get me a new item. All the calls and fighting got me a battery, but it took so long the gloves sat in the closet for this winter so I didnt get to use them. Do not use Lake electronics in Port St. Lucie Fl. The customer service there is horrible. I spoke with Samsung who said they would warrant a copasator change on my tv free of charge. I took my car into Eddie Tourelle's NorthPark Nissan in Covington, LA. so that they could look at and access the damage to my hood that was created by the bug shield they put on it. I called them 4 times after 3 days because nobody called me give me an update. On August 8th, 2010 I ordered hair care products, which I paid $87.80 (incl shipping). The goods never arrived. After tons of emails to which the company did not respond to, I tried to phone (am an expat living in Shanghai, China), no way to get to talk to a person. I must have sent 30 emails to which they promise to respond to - but never did. They took my money - but never sent the goods - and by not responding to my emails I consider this company totally dishonest and are scamming clients. Van Tazma Custom 2050 Sw Hayworth Ave, Port St Lucie, FL 34953. Not a terrible paint job, but could have gone to Maaco for the same result and half the price. Poor attention to detail. Received vehicle back dirty. Orange peels, spots, and runs in paint. They did attempt to correct it, but was unsuccessful. I would not recommend anyone going, unless you can get them to charge you only a few hundred dollars, because that's all their paint job is worth. We purchased a International Dt466 from Jasper Engines & Transmissions in July of 2010 for $13, 452.00. The Engine had a massive oil leak coming from the breather tube the moment we started the new engine. We contacted Jasper immediately and they told us to check a couple of things and that maybe the engine had to be broken in and not to call them until it had 100hrs on it. The leak never stopped. They sent us a new engine but never compensated us for the r&r and repairs as they promised they would.
