We purchased a beautiful ring with 5 diamonds and a one carat wt. for $1000. Within 1 1/2 years two diamonds fell out and BJ's would not repair or replace the ring. A reputable jeweler wrote a letter stating that the prongs and setting was not made correctly. Nation's Choice was the most unprofessional company I have ever refinanced with. Steve Sinodis and his employees never returned emails, took 3 months to close the refinance, and lost my cashier's check once we were at the end of the most difficult and stressful refinance I have ever encountered. I have worked for Annie's for a very long time. I have seen people come and go with some sadness. Management has changed, and although it was thought to be a good thing, I see many problems that have caused distress. There is favoritisim with management. We purchased a domain and web hosting service in 2007. When the new invoice came due it stated for web hosting and domain. We paid this invoice in full September of 2008. We have the credit card statements to prove this. This company then took our money and within 30 days canceled our site and then sold our domain to another person. I tried to switch hosting for my website to VistaPages. I chose the 2-year option because the site said the cost would be $5.95 per month. What they don't tell you is that they charge you for the full 2 years all at once. I purchased a recliner for my father sometime back and he used it for 2 yrs before his passing. My mother gave it back to me and I found the mechanism was broken. This dentist office is one that will try to find something wrong just for the sake of price gouging. They are not honest and they are not really competent. A young [unfriendly] dentist was allowed to put fillings in my mouth and he screwed up so much that I have to go back to let them fix his mess. AIC Kia of Manassass secured 2000 dollars for an extended waranty for my 2008 chrysler sebring. thay never sent the money to the waranty company(the company never heard of AIC Kia or me or my cars vin number)They defrauded me and capital one whom they got the money from which I am paying for. some salesman put 2000 dollars in his pocket (who i understand no longer works there)The manager tells me that they got the name or numbers mixed up. The company, ESBI - Total Protectionplus is using Verizon to charge the Verizon customers for services they did not order. The charge, usually $14.95 is shown on the Verizon phone bill as a charges on behalf of the third party, ESBI - Total Protectionplus, phone number 1-866-527-4932. I was charged for Electronic Fax Mofee. I do not have any fax or fax/modem . Verizon refuses to remove these charges from the bill. The Total reached by phone, is saying you have to pay, and they will credit you in 1-2 month. The ESBI-Total Protection is doing this for many years. Right on target. Greystar had just bought the complex when I moved in. Undisclosed at lease signing was that I'd be forced to leave through six months of constant construction noise and debris - nails, stacks of stucco, guttering and lumber left strewn for months - and my complaints and those of others weren't answered until I threated to call the BBB. My ex-husband took my daughter to have her wisdom out at the Garrisonville office. My ex and my daughter both told me that an oral surgeon would be taking out her wisdom teeth. My daughter was nervous and scared about the procedure and wanted to be put out. I called her after her procedure and she told me that they gave her novacaine!! I called the office and asked if they had an oral surgeon. The receptionist said they had a doctor that extracts wisdom teeth. I asked that if he was an oral surgeon.
