No complaints about the food but don't use the restrooms before eating it. They are not clean, are too small, are not handicap accessible and have no paper towels. On Friday, February 4, 2011, the vent in my apartment began blowing out cold air. I called oncall maintence for assistance. Maintenance tech came out and stated he did what he could and would return in the morning to finish the job because he could not see outside in the dark. Now a week late, teh moron leaves a work order note stating "the air coming out of the vents doesn't have to be warm for the heat to be working correctly." I purchased a Kenmore Elite Calypso Washer from Sears in 2002. Within one year it had the mother Board replaced for more than $1000 but luckily it was under warranty. I have never been happy with the performance of this washer. Clothes are dripping with water and full of lint. It has broken down couple of times and I have had it fixed . It is broken again and I just found out that there was a Class Action Law Suit for this model settled in 2009 and I was not even aware of it because Sears did not deem it necessary to inform me. The gas pump was not working properly at all. It took me literatly 20 minutes to fill up my tank, because of the poor amount of gas coming out of the house. Ok I thought I could deal with that... But when the tank was finally full it started dripping all over my shoes, because the damn house didn't stop. I requested that my automobile tires be rotated approximately at 6:30 pm on a Monday evening. I was the only customer at the time, but the service technician refused to rotate my tires by stating they did not require rotation. The well known vulcano problem. After 6 days finally out of Amsterdam. Listing could not be found but happy because I got a flight (2 hours) earlier withwife and 2 infants. Arrived in DTW. Fannie Mae took our Mortgage away frm SunTrust and gave to Nationstar to Service in 12/2010. We were in a loan modification with ST but never heard if we were approved or denied the mod. We continued to make our reduced monthly payment on time and never missing a payment. In fact, we have never been late or missed a payment. My Jeep was delivered to TOTAS by the body shop working on repairs sustained in an accident. It was driven by the owner of Beacon Autobody (out of business) to TOTAS. The owner of Beacon requested the axle be repaired and the requested repair was completed by the mechanic at TOTAS.
