I ordered a silver initial necklace. The cost was $50.00 plus shipping and handling.The actual pendant is a little larger that the end of a pencil eraser. The initial was just stamped on the odd pendant. It was in a little package with the letter outside. I notified the company letting them know I was returning their product due to poor quality. The complaint starts with the preffered product being so unorganised that not even the staff knows where it is. I purchased a Rolfs clutch wallet about 2 years ago and the zipper does not work.The wallet stays open all the time. EF is a cheating education company that don't promise what they did to student. My kid registered the trip to South Afica June, 2010. My kid paid deposit and if he wants to go the trip, my kid need to send EF a confirmation letter. But he decided not to continue this program. This company is bogus. I purchased cell phone spyware that didn't work at all. The website initally claimed 10 day money back guarantee, I called and sent an e-mail within the first two days of purchase. I called several times before I was able to get in contact with someone. Cold calling pc owners and claiming to work for Microsoft and the persons pc sent a report to say that there were errors on it. They say they will fix it but we all know what their fixes mean, installing viruses and spyware and taking control of your pc. Plus, robbing your credit card details. My neighbors hired this company to remove a tree between our houses (town houses). They wanted to hire them based off price and like always, you get what you pay for. They left saw duct all over everyone's properties. I do not require kindness and compassion from companies when I job-hunt. What I do require being treated with a certain level of respect, considering that MY contract work puts money in your company's pocket. The diamonds crack for no reason and when you take the diamond jewelery back to Belagio they refuse to repair or replace the jewelery. Our dishwasher panel shorted out 3 times between Oct 2010 and Aug 2011 and was unsuccessfully repaired by their contractor each time but the last. This company treats it's employees horribly. They never delivered peoples paychecks on time. Their pay weeks are weird, instead of the typical every two weeks it's the 15th and the last day of every month, which makes it impossible to know if your paycheck is correct. I Ordered a Supreme pizza with extra pineapple. When I went to pick it up they frogot to put the pineapple on the pizza (wich is fine). This company has you sign up for Grant help. You pay 2.97 for an account. I never got any information online and was then charged "57.61". I called the 1-800 number and they offered to give me a refund of $40. I told them this was unacceptable, because it put my bank account in the negatives. They then offered me an e-mail address where I could receive the full amount- just by e-mailing them. Apparently it takes 5-7 business days to post back to your account.
