Lincoln Financial Group employs some of the worst management personnel I have ever had the awful experience of encountering. Numerous complaints of the bullying and harassment of management by employees with the ill luck to be targeted are largely gone unheeded. I am not able to attach the many photos, documents, faxes and letters to and from Congroleum that I have as they are not in the accepted formats. I would like to forward them to someone if necessary. Trend Micro has done the double charging thing again. On Feb 3, they charged $250 US for a $116 purchase. They tried to lie and claim that the bank did it. I got the bank to remove the extra charge. Then, my new subscription had an expiration date of three days from now! I called for the third time today, demanded a supervisor and it took over an hour for someone to find a supervisor. I was promised a fix to the expiration date that has not happened yet. Plus the servers are down and the product won't update. If they don't fix it, they will probably delay a refund. My wide and I purchased this item, the mocha commercial 46000 btu patio propane heater in Dec 2010. The delivery date was to be around Dec, 27th 2010, about a week and a half or so from when we bought it. I had a home in escrow, representing abuyer who is disabled veteran in the purchase of a forclosure owned by Fannie Mae. They performed the classic bait and switch with the cost, quality and service. Originally was supose to cost $1495 for complete rebuild. Final cost $2500, plus another $400 in costs after the improper work was done. My engine had 255, 000 miles and ran perfect. I have applied to Chase for 18 months for a loan modification. My monthly payments are 2, 265.00 a month. My wife was injured at work and has been out of work for the past 9 years.
