when I started working at sonic I noticed my tips were not right. I am a disabled veteran who was hired by the VA this past year and was given a start date of February 1st. I put in my two weeks notice at my old job and a week prior to my start date I was told the job would be delayed. My employer had already hired my replacement and I was out of a job. I patiently waited for six months until I received a letter that the position I was hired for was cancelled. When I asked them if they hired someone else in my place I was ignored on multiple occasions. It has been almost a year and I have exhausted a large amount of my savings to pay my mortgage and bills. On December 7th, 2010 I went to see Dr. Fitzgerald, (he was referred to me by the hospital). I had broken my ankle very badly on December 2nd, 2010. I bought an electronic toy from Star Magic online web store as a Christmas present. After two uses it quit working. I emailed twice with no response, asking for a return authorization number. I waited a few days then called. They would not accept the return of the defective toy and told me to send it back to the manufacturer. On their website their return policy says they will pay for the return shipping and make returns for defective products. This is a lie. So on top of the cost of the item and shipping, I now have to pay to ship it to the manufacturer and also pay return shipping again. I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying to renew a prescription at CVS. I pointed out to the girl that took the Dr slip from me that the Dr had written it for one year, 180 pills and 3 renewals at 180. The deal desk will manipulate the trade and pit two customers against one another so they make money off of the customer that loses on the trade.
