The web site offers products and potential income to unsuspecting people but fail to tell you about the low income, if any, is predominantly the case. I have read reports that this company has been ordered to pay a large sum of money in costs etc, and will be ordered to pay compensation to a number of complainants at a later date. I have listened to a conference call made by this company and it doesn't tell you about add on costs, only the initial low cost to join. I made an order, and then realized I couldn't print a receipt no matter how many times I tried. I called the number listed on the web site and it does not work. The address is a p.o. box. Although there are links, there are no policies or refund or shipping notices. My gut thought it was weird the site asked for my birthdate, yet I provided it anyway. This shouldn't even be necessary. Having been a customer for more than ten years, I missed a single payment when I moved due to a mail mixup. They cancelled the policy. They don't make it easy to re-instate. And they make it very clear they don't plan to help in any way during the process. For example, they don't return phone calls. When I spoke with someone on the phone they typically knew almost nothing about the status of my reinstatement form. Never ship the product or answer emails. Has no phone number. Finally two or three wks later, they said they got my email and will get back to me shortly. Two more weeks later they said they will ship within another week. I had called my credit card and got a provisional credit by then. I did there referal program and was never paid! They said if you got over 300 unique hits they would send you a gift card for $25. Asked them on there facebook page about it and was told they no longer do it. Yet a new person signed up and as soon as they got to 300 it was taken away from them. The web graphics are good. They messed up on my order. I order 12 pair of shoes and the sizes were off. They also split my shipment into 2 orders 2 weeks apart. I asked for a refund because the shoes werent right from the first half of the order and they made up every excuse why they couldnt give it back. They also lied to me repeatedly and to add insult to injury. When I got the second box of shoes I emailed and thoroughly let them know how I felt. They sent me an email back asking for money. I filed my brother's tax return in January since it was a simple return. The IRS did not receive it. You cannot call them and even though it says free customer service, there is a section that states you have to pay to speak to someone. Maybe they never filed it because I did not pay to file the state return with them. He received his refund from the State already. They will not respond to emails either.
