This builder should be is jail. He mismanaged my construction fund money. He did not pay suppliers and subcontractors as he should have. I ended up with 4 liens on my home and a lawsuit to force foreclosure by the lumber company Bolyards Lumber. We purchased one of their new 2010 models as we live in the country. The box came a week later and the power box was smashed on the end when we opened the package. After only 6 months of owning a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, the soft top developed two small holes caused by a design flaw. Chrysler refuses to replace the soft top and fix the design flaw. Even after multiple inquiries with Suburban Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge of Troy, MI, they continue to refuse to fix the problem. This isn't something a car buyer should experience. When there is a problem with a companies product they should stand behind it and fix the problem. After studying for several months, the employees then provided the on-line training. However, the on-line training does not make sense and very, very sloppily put together and confusing.
