Since my order was overdue (more than 3 weeks), I have phoned and e-mailed this company 5 times and with no response. I will keep trying as my Visa card issuer says to document all correspondence. Customer service is glaringly lacking or this company may not be legitimate. I would advise to order from more reputable companies. read full review »
Michaelsautoaccessories.com
This website operates under michaels_custom_auto on e-bay. The absolute worse experience. The owner sends a e-mail after taking $640 ten days before that my item would not be in stock for a month. If I waited I would be sent a free gift or I could have a refund. I asked for a refund. Not only did I never get it. This was the beginning of the harassment. I filed a paypal charge back. Then left negative feedback. I started to get tons of Gay spam on my e-mail. In retaliation. The seller bought one of my items.A nightmare. This is an adult with... read full review »

This site censors your texts, when you ask them why, they do not respond to you. This is a site to discuss the possiblity of Michael Jackson hoaxing his death, but they say in there rules, nobody saying they know him, him if he is alive, can speak. If you bring up that he may be gone, they censor that as well, no freedom of speech! read full review »

I placed an order on this website on December 6th. I promptly received an auto generated email thanking me for my order and letting me know that it would be shipped within 3 business days, and my credit card would be charged at that time.A week went by and no charge or shipment. I made my first contact through their e-mail. No response but a return from the provider saying the email address was no good.A week later my credit card was charged. But still no shipment notification. I called several times and got voice mail, but my calls were never... read full review »

Website is fair, but customer service is terrible. Received the wrong order and sent it back, but no response. I paid for something that I have been waiting over 2 months to receive. Govdeathrecords.co.uk
This so-called official records research site - does NOT exist, but you don't find that out till you've paid your money and get redirected to an American site that does not search the documents you want. Gov-resources is not an official site, although it implies that it is. It says it offers 'free' information from official sources. DO NOT BE RIPPED OFF! This site doesn't offer anything. Once you've paid, you can't get back to it. If you start from scratch again, you have to pay again. I was ripped off, and I'm furious. read full review »

easy feet
On 12/12/2010, I went to the web site to order one pair of Easy feet. I provided my credit card information and then was asked a series of questions. I decided to upgrade my order to the deluxe pair. At the end of the questions, my order confirmation appeared. I actually paid $134.85 for three sets of deluxe easy feet. Shipping alone was $59.91. The web site did not provide any way to correct the number ordered or cancel the order.
I tried calling the toll free number, but could not get through. Then I read online that they block your phone... read full review »

Got a Living Social Deal coupon for 6 classes of Boot Camp back in Aug/10. What a runaround! I found the website difficult to navigate. Had hard time finding schedules of classes. Had difficult finding information about where I could apply this coupon and how to sign up. Contacted their support and was given instructions but even these were minimal and did not answer all my questions. Initially told that schedule for a certain site would be coming out shortly (back in August). It has now only come out and the site I wanted is not even being... read full review »
Romanceher.com
Good quality products, but very poor service and customer support. I had a very bad experience with RomanceHer's postage. Instead of a romantic present, my partner got a quite sizeable bill for customs and postage charges that RomanceHer had failed to mention. You would think they had never sent an international parcel before - highly unprofessional. I spoke personally to the owner, who refused to lift a finger to help me or change my mind about his company. In the end, my partner had to go fork out almost USD$30 just to receive the "gift". read full review »

Be VERY careful with the credibility of this website. I caught the website creator - Justin Thomas - doing some very deceitful and underhanded things with older reviews. Simply put, he changes the title of the review to make them seem brand new. Case in point. I was looking for rechargeable batteries. I found his article "The Best Rechargeable Batteries and Chargers Of 2009" but it had a December 2006 authoring date. I contacted the owner and he then changed the authoring date to a December 2009 authoring date (more than likely to shut... read full review »

Despite being one of the least gullible people out there, there was a site that claimed they'd pay you to do surverys, on average about 50 cents per survey. Unlike other sites claiming to pay you $75/hour, this seemed realistic to be paid 50 cents per survey.
As soon as you register they claim you receieve $5.00 just for registration, however in order for them to pay you through Paypal or check you need to earn a minimum of $10, which is difficult since every survey you want to do says that you have to wait for pending approval... read full review »

I bought my first and only item from this website (a branch of toolbarn.com) mid-February, 2010. After I received the item, I realized I needed to exchange it with a similar product. Apparently this company does not do exchanges, so I had to return the item, get a refund, and then purchase the new one. After shipping the product back to the seller, I waited...and waited...and waited to receive my refund. I talked to the seller and apparently his "returns lady" was sick and they were looking for someone else to fill her position, so my... read full review »

CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE - Bought a bunk bed for my daughter in March - paid for insured shipping. When we received the bunk bed, there were scratches on the headboard. After communicating with them for about 6 weeks via e-mail, we resolved the issue. They were to send me a paint pen to touch up the scratches and gave me an 8% refund. I was happy with that EXCEPT that the paint they sent was in a baggie in a plain white envelope. So when I finally received it, it was dried up and I couldn't even open the envelope.

She emailed and said she would be shipping the remaining part of my order and providing me with a tracking number that evening.
