We purchased a 64, 000.00 home and 49, 000.00 property in June of 09.We didn't need building permits but had to have the septic system checked since we were hooking to an existing tank (we paid out of pocket for inspection) . DO NOT ever do any business with CONSTRUCTION PIPELINE, they sell construction leads to contractors, Most of their leads are repeated leads, you will most likely pay a high price for the leads. They will deduct monies from your account without your approval and once you complain they will not re-reimburse you right away. It took 2 months for me to get my money back. Issues with Dropped phone calls I have new Motorola backflip phone with Android OS 1.5 Model MB300 It keeps dropping phone calls al the time. I took my phone to the store and they replaced my SIM card. Also, I did a factory reset already 3 times and whipped all my data.. Still my phone keeps dropping phone calls. Had a drain problem, plumber came. Applied for financing to pay for the work. I signed a home improvement contract to pay $595.75. Then a few days later I received a form letter from GE Money Bank stating that I now owe $624.75. Adam Carson/ owner of Carson Custom Homes, is a scam artist. He is a very smooth talker up front, but then cuts corners, and does shoddy work, and over bills you in the end. I can see if 20% of the emails you sent out getting complains and suspending my account, but only 2 emails. Meanwhile, I paid them, and now I can't use their system. When you call you get a quote of $39.95 plus $15 and up to unlock when you call. Then will not give you any other quote even when you identify the vehicle to them. Upon arrival the service man want s $95 for the unlock, for a total bill of $135. When asked why the $80 dollar discrepancy between the $15 and up quote you are told it is due to insurance for scratches to the paint or pierced weather stripping. I don't think most people know this, but if you are travelling in Europe and your flight is delayed or cancelled, they have to pay you additional compensation. According to an ad in the Chicago Sun Times, there is a law firm looking for American citizens who have been delayed or cancelled in their flights while travelling through Europe, probably for some type of mass lawsuit.
