This so-called official records research site - does NOT exist, but you don't find that out till you've paid your money and get redirected to an American site that does not search the documents you want. On 12/12/2010, I went to the web site to order one pair of Easy feet. I provided my credit card information and then was asked a series of questions. I decided to upgrade my order to the deluxe pair. At the end of the questions, my order confirmation appeared. I actually paid $134.85 for three sets of deluxe easy feet. Shipping alone was $59.91. Got a Living Social Deal coupon for 6 classes of Boot Camp back in Aug/10. What a runaround! I found the website difficult to navigate. Had hard time finding schedules of classes. Good quality products, but very poor service and customer support. I had a very bad experience with RomanceHer's postage. Instead of a romantic present, my partner got a quite sizeable bill for customs and postage charges that RomanceHer had failed to mention. You would think they had never sent an international parcel before - highly unprofessional. Be VERY careful with the credibility of this website. I caught the website creator - Justin Thomas - doing some very deceitful and underhanded things with older reviews. Despite being one of the least gullible people out there, there was a site that claimed they'd pay you to do surverys, on average about 50 cents per survey. Unlike other sites claiming to pay you $75/hour, this seemed realistic to be paid 50 cents per survey. As soon as you register they claim you receieve $5.00 just for registration, however in order for them to pay you through Paypal or check you need to earn a minimum of $10, which is difficult since every survey you want to do says that you have to wait for pending approval... read full review »

I bought my first and only item from this website (a branch of toolbarn.com) mid-February, 2010. After I received the item, I realized I needed to exchange it with a similar product. I spoke to the organization on one occassion and received an answer to my repeated emails once. I set up one account and then another based on the promises received. However, I have received a $121 payment only to see that it was to be transferred but I have not seen it yet. CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE - Bought a bunk bed for my daughter in March - paid for insured shipping. When we received the bunk bed, there were scratches on the headboard. After communicating with them for about 6 weeks via e-mail, we resolved the issue. They were to send me a paint pen to touch up the scratches and gave me an 8% refund. This site is a scam! do not use. - This site offers a service to issue replacements birth certificates, death certificates etc. They claim to be government affiliated. After placing an order and paying for a certificate, nothing happens. You can't contact them. If you input your user name and password, it fails. Placed my order over a month ago. I received half of my order a couple weeks ago and called multiple times, left messages, emailed with no response to resolve my issue. Finally got someone on the phone and she said, "I'll have to call you back to find out what's wrong." I transferred my Cell Service to Sprint to save money on their Unlimited Everything Plan. I am saving money, but can't make quality calls from my home. I have spoke with Customer Service several times, but they can't resolve this issue. The quality of the calls are terrible and often drops. In beginning of December of 2010, I sent my HP G60-635 laptop PC for repair to HP repair center in Texas. As part of their commitment, they provided me a prepaid box via FedEx. It had some issues with the fan and overheating problem. McAfee does not protect your computer... they renew subscriptions a full 30 days before expiration, with no prior warning... you just get an email to say they've done it already. They do not stand by the effectiveness of their product, as evidenced by their refund policy, which is a sham at best. A real product doesn't need to force people to pay for it. If you sell clothing on eBay you might get a message that looks like this... its a scam. They'll send you a whole list of fake tracking numbers to make you feel safe. They'll even communicate with you all the way up until 9 days after the supposive package is to arrive. They'll even give you a tracking number for the package that does actually have a package associated with it.
