The roofing company RGR roofing. The workmanship of this company is horrible. Their laborer's are untrained. A weekend job (that they pitched) turned into several months. National Credit Corporation is a bunch of bull. I signed my brother in law up under my account. During this process they gave my brother in law a temporary card to use to access the gym facilities. They told him that he would receive his regular gym membership card in two weeks. He never recieved the card. I called XM Customer Care to ask why my service was not available. I was told my service would not be restored until the scheduled maintenance was completed and my account status could be verified. I have been an XM subscriber for more than three years. I pay for a full year subscription each year. Bill was due 11/03. The check cleared my account on 11/01. Jack is a scam artist. He tried to sell me a piece of property a few years ago and the land doesn't fit the descriptions he gave me. When I went to look at the land, all the big trees were took down and it looks like a war zone. He took all the trees before he sell it so he can double dip on the property. My camera stopped working and was sent in for, what I thought was a repair covered under warrantee. Casio wrote back to me saying they will not stand behind their warrantee because the camera showed water damage. The camera was never near water and it was always kept in a camera bag when not in use. I wonder how many people Casio is telling their cameras were water damaged and voided warrantees. ATT Cingular - old cell bill
I have been going back and forth with the credit bureau once I discovered that PCC was reporting debt for an old ATT/Cingular bill. I use to work in credit services for a credit card company and extremely paranoid. Shortly after I disputed with the credit agency, I received a copy of a notice of court judgement that did not appear to be real (poor quality copy/misaligned copy with text cut off at the bottom). This dealer is the closest one to my home. I went there last time, eveything went well. This time, I didn't make appointment and went straight to their shop. However, I did made a couple of phone calls to the dealers within 20 miles of where I live. The B1 service is due and the priceses I got range from $129 - $165. Acura of Glendale quoted me $135.
