I sold back numerous CDs to this website. They promised me a certain price on "CD X." When I got my check from them, they had changed the promised buyback price of "CD X" with no reason. The same thing happened to me! I ordered Jimmy Choos. I got an email saying the shipment was delayed. I asked directly if they were fake and got no response. Mine too, are a cheap imitation of the real thing. The colour is wrong, the sizing is wrong and the shoes are squashed as was the box. Freightpad.com ripped me off!! I paid to have my vending machine shipped by Shannon Steede and even bought his crappy "insurance". Needless to say my unit was destroyed and his insurance is USELESS. When I contacted the "customer service" department they said I could exchange them, but would not give ANY address information re: where to send the exchange (the return address label on the original package was in CHINESE). I just wanted to issue a warning to people who may be looking to purchase ugg boots. My daughters boyfriend went on to www.chooseboot.com to buy ugg boots. They advertise as the genuine article. Believe me that they are not. When the boots arrived in the UK there authenticity was investigated by HM Customs and they were found to be fake. UGG boots made in China.
