I was not happy with the oral motor cd that I purchased so I sent it back. Apparently, I did not meet their thirty day money back guarantee, but that did not stipulate time spent in transit. This company will not return my phone calls or emails. They also have the cd I purchased and I have nothing to show for the fifty dollars that I spent. I was contacted numerous times by Carleton Overstreet with Z57 to create a website for me. I told him that I was too busy to change websites as I know how much work it is and how time consuming it is to input all my listings. I always buy dresses at BCBG so this time I decided to go to their store directly instead of buying the dress at another retail store. The upper window latch is made of plastic and 18 of 26 plastic latches (13 windows total)in my home (built 1997 Olathe, KS) have cracks down the middle thru the screw holes. Recently, a medium wind blew my window open because the upper latches broke in two pieces. The windows are aluminum but the latches are made of weak plastic material. I was shown a set of tires and given a price. The salesperson was very friendly. He told me they were missing one tire and he said come back in a few days. I did. They had the tires, but the owner decided not to honor the price quoted. He said if he were to honor the price, he would sell me an inferior set for that price. I was given the classic "bait and switch" scam. In addition, I had troubles leaving. My vehicle was boxed in by another. This could have been very scary for a female or elderly. Received an unauthorized upgrade to my juniper credit card I never use. Luckily enough I have e-bills alerting turned on; otherwise I would have never noticed. Apparently they send you a letter informing you of the charge along with a trial period in which you must cancel. This works great if you travel for work full time... I cancelled my Verizon phone & dsl service to go w/cable. Verizon "split" my account without any notice. They just said I would get a final bill. On Tuesday 8/24 I took my car to Precision because it wasnt running smoothly. They replaced the valve cover gasket that was leaking oil to the coil and damaged it, which would have resulted in my car not running normally; they replaced the coil as well and they installed a new plug, so I allowed them to go ahead and change the oil. I found that the software actually was slowing down my computer and caused my screen to free up. I sought a refund as per their instructions within 3-4 days of downloading their software. Last year will be my very last year ever using Liberty Tax Service. I went to the Tax Service on Broadway last year and they completely ripped me off. I was never told of the total charges. I am a single parent with one child. I worked 1 job last year and I make close to nothing. They charged me almost $600 to do my taxes. They did not disclose that information to me at all. Row44 is the worst internet service imaginable. I was on a flight and tried it -- fought it for three hours is more like it -- because Row44 kept disconnecting. It would barely load one page without disconnecting. So I would have to reconnect. And reconnect. Maybe it works best if you're actually seated in Row 44. I purchased a Bissell SpotBot about two years ago and until recently, was well pleased with it. After each use, I would clean it and make sure it was dry, then store it away until the next use. Just found it here that I'm not alone in complaining this BAC Homes Loans...If this is the case, where we can take our voice and complaints...On our part, this BAC Homes loans increased our escrow by almost $500.oo every month, they said it's bcause prop tax got increased, we have escrow shortage, plus unexpected taxes and insurance, a big WOW...we verified our taxes from the municipal hall, and found out that our prop tax is only this much...but this BAC seems overcharging us.
