Just found it here that I'm not alone in complaining this BAC Homes Loans...If this is the case, where we can take our voice and complaints...On our part, this BAC Homes loans increased our escrow by almost $500.oo every month, they said it's bcause prop tax got increased, we have escrow shortage, plus unexpected taxes and insurance, a big WOW...we verified our taxes from the municipal hall, and found out that our prop tax is only this much...but this BAC seems overcharging us. Hope someone could investigate on this company. They dont even have website of their own, and our money goes to them. read full review »

This dental office is only in existence for one year, but they will claim its' been around for 2 years. Why they have the need to lied about something that can be easily be verified is kind of stupid. Dr. Jain is very new to dental implants. During my free consultation there, I witnessed a patient in severe pain. I am so truly dissapointed in what the AMC Theatres have become. I had the worst experience yet at the movies last night and this is one out of dozen recently. This company is a joke, they told us we would be covered under both insurances and it would be filed quarterly. Of course the time came the girl that gave us the write up was wrong and she no longer works there. I have left at least 3 messages for their accounting person, and she still does not call back. I purchased a new furnace on 10/29/10 and on 11/2/10 I woke up to a cold house because the New furnace stopped working. It was about 4:30AM and the outside temperature was around 30 degrees. I called the service number on the front of my New furnace and was told that my local service company was not open until 7am and I had to call back. I went through I a credit report company online but since I didn't recieve the report I canceled it right away and then today I checked my account and was charged 14.95 and I have never heard of this place but I'm getting charged and all I'm thinking is how did this place get my information so I called my bank they told me to call them so I did then they told my that they can't reimbruse me since I never canceled my account with them so now I might be scewed any suggestions cus I never went through this place. My computer would not start, and their product came on saying it would only start with their product. I paid $79.90 and there was no need. As it did not do anything!!!

When I ordered this product I was told to cancel before 30 days so as not to get charged, however, I cannot contact them to cancel. All of the numbers that other unhappy people have given sre no longer in servive. Also my product arrived in a white bag with no invoice or return address. My next step will call my credit card and put a stop on charges from them, however, these guys are sneaky. There is no way to cancel my order through an e-mail either.

I have a friend who was recently transferred to NJSP. From word of mouth, I found out that they let the security guards there beat the prisoners for no reason and put prisoners in the hole also for no reason. The security guards get away with beating prisoners just because they have the right to because of their position. But that makes them worse than some criminals there. I signed up for 18 months of Urban Active gym time and paid the amount with a credit card. a year later I get a threatening phone call from a collection agency saying I owe money. When asked why, all they could say was "it was in your contract". Not a good answer - I am sure no one pointed it out. then I get an email saying I owe money and to call the local gym. Several months ago I purchased a glass-topped desk from Ikea for our daughter. I later found that the desk was too large for the space. I found every receipt except the one I needed, and not having a receipt, Ikea refused to allow me to return the un-opened desk.

I went to Smart Style Salon at 9:00am to get a relaxer so I could go to work that afternoon. I had to wait for the stylist because she came in to work wearing capris and wanted to buy some long pants in Walmart. I left and came back and the stylist was in the back of the store. Medical Care
My father passed away suddenly after an accident in mid October. His personal property was improperly handled and subject to robbery of the deceased body and personal belongings. I have evidence that his wallet contained $186 and three credit cards. I have no proof of his wedding ring, but these items (wallet and ring) were not present or returned at any point in the process. The coroner did an examination for cause of death and the only item present at that point was his medical bracelet.

Since having our mortgage payment transferred to BAC Home Loan Servicing, we have been unable to contact the company either by telephone or by getting online to pay our bill. In the past, we were with First Franklin and never had a problem. We have always paid our bills on time and do it via the online services provided. There IS NO SERVICE in BAC Home Loan Servicing! I have no idea why I was weak enough to sign on this website other than being frustrated at American Air over loading our clothes in the rain and ruining two pieces of clothing. Att home phone and internet department are the rudest people I have ever spoken on the phone with. They offer no help to all of the bogus charges on my bill. There are many hidden fees when setting up internet and home phone! Also the rewards card they promised me still hasn't come and they assure me it will be here.
