Affordable Landscaping East Mts.
sheila rizzo November 15, 2010
Mauro Escalantes of Affordable Landscaping in Estancia, NM was paid $5, 000.00 cash to landscape my yard in Edgewood, NM. Mauro Escalantes worked 1 day and did not return. I filed a civil suit only to find his home address is a vacant lot. He does not own anything in his name and cannot be found. I understand he does this frequently in Rio Rancho, NM. He does not return my calls to his answering service. Mr. Escalantes drives a grey and blue 2003 Ford Superduty truck. His cell number is 505-720-2591 read full review »

Got a call at 11:44 on 15 NOV 10...he asked if I was in the lawncare business (I used to be, but am no longer.) I told him that I am not in lawncare anymore, so he asked what sort of business I'm in now. I told him this is neither important, nor any of his business, at which point he laughed and sarcastically said, "Oh, so your business is not important. That's interesting." When I asked, "So you're going to be a smart a** now?" he laughed again, and then stayed on the line for a few moments before promptly... read full review »

offerwire/charter
dawncjohn November 15, 2010
Ordered cable tv through Offerwire in May and then began the nightmare of submitting and resubmitting rebate forms for $150 & $40 Visa gift cards. Offerwire had verbal told me in October that my resubmission was valid and I should expect to receive the Visa cards in 4-6 weeks. When nothing came, I called Offerwire again, and they said the order was invalid for the 4th time! Now they are claiming that I was a past customer and that their offer was only good for new customers. I'm sure it's been over 10 years since I had cable and... read full review »

Jim Watley Roofing
dokness November 15, 2010
Jim Watley Roofing (205-2835819) of Calera/West Blocton installed new shingle and ridge vent on my roof. The work itself was led by his business partner Paul Sanders (205-2612130). After completion, they charged an additional $150 (without prior authorization) for supposedly replacing rotten wood around chimney. After work had been completed (and paid to Paul Sanders), I discovered that the rotten wood had not been replaced at all. They had also not put down new felt, nor new valley metal, even though this was also specifically stated in the... read full review »

I found on November 13 that this hotel assigned a preauth on my credit card of $107.99. I called and told them(Gayle) that it was not authorized, I was not there and therefore they needed to put it back on my card before I filed a complaint. They refused to do so in the timely manner and proceeded to actually take cash from the person who was staying at the hotel. As of this time, I have not heard from the company and my money has not been placed back on my card. I will admit I was at this hotel up until July of 2010 and my bill wa... read full review »

trutech 17inch tv/dvd

I bought a 17inch tv/dvd combo trutech tv for my daughter for christmas paid $374 the tv lasted 4 months and now will not go on so it sits, since target stands by there 30day return policy. I am concerned that target maliciously sells junk tvs knowingly that will last from 4-6 months and just smile to the bank while I am left with a tv/dvd that doesnt work. Now that I said that, does anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix it, report target, get my money back or last but not least know anyone who fixes trutech, since I have called... read full review »

They are very quick and nice to take your order immediately and they'll guarantee you'll receive your order on time, especially if you had a rush order. I did a 2 day delivery and paid extra for this option. The dress I had order did not come in on time (2 day delivery), it came in 5 days after. I was upset and called them to check on the status for the 2 day delivery order and the lady said she'll get back to me. I did not receive any phone after 3 hours of waiting. I than called again to check the status of this order. Another... read full review »

Aultolle November 15, 2010
Decorplanet carries some really modern and stylish vanities, sinks, toilets, etc. Beats the bog standard home depot/lowes fixtures. However, their service and willingness to stand behind what they sell is awful. We bought a toilet, a vanity, sink, faucet and a shower set. The mirror on the vanity was chipped when it arrived. When I called them, they said can't take responsibility because we didn't call them within 24 hours - the guy was actually pretty rude. They said they'll replace it for $85!!! The faucet for the sink wa... read full review »

Matchdoctor.com
Holtich November 15, 2010
Matchdoctor.com is seemingly run by a couple of geeks in Florida. Theoretically it is a date site, but you never hear of anyone actually dating there. The atmosphere is not conducive to that sort of thing. Mostly it is just online forum chatter, and a comparatively very small membership base. If some do arrange to meet privately, then that's the exception rather than the rule. Apparently at one time they had a chat room, but they discontinued that. Probably too maintenance intensive. The primary Moderator at matchdoctor.com... read full review »

Wow, wouldn't you think that during this economy that customer service should be a HIGH PRIORITY...not with this website. Order was to take, 3 to 5 weeks, no way, I didn't get it until 3 1/2 MONTHS...I initiated the email updates on my order status, just kept getting nonsense and they would never email me an update - they even agreed that I would never recommend them so they really didn't care what I thought...how $#*!ty...Just go elsewhere where they do care and appreciate the business!!! Somehow, this company got my email address (I never bought anything from them), hacked into my Yahoo email account, and sent a fake email to everyone in my address book. The email looked like it came from me but fortunately was an obvious spam email. Since the email came from my account, not from theirs, there is no way to simply add them to my list of spam email addresses to avoid. Stay away from this site and don't let them get your email address. read full review »

Please never use this site. My wife bought me tickets from them for Mark Knopfler in Brighton on 27th of May. She emailed them on the 20th of May when the tickets hadn't arrived and was told that they had refunded all their customers as they had been let down by their supplier. She was told she should get her money back by claiming it from her credit card saying they had failed to deliver the tickets. She emailed again saying that she had pad by a debit card rather than a credit card and therefore couldn't do this. How was she to be refunded. Guess what ... No reply. Beware they may try this again. read full review »

This website is an arm of the wall st journal . It promotes the interests of wall st by only allowing positive views on the comments to its published articles . Those that do react negatively are censored by not allowing them to post even though they are recognised by a sign in name they are told to select an id name . When they try to do so the website ends with a blank page . All attempts to contact as to the meaning of the problem are ignored . My only understanding is that they deliberately censor people by removing their abilityto post . read full review »

This website is terrible. Firstly my order for grey ugg boots took well over a month to arrive even though it stated it wold be here within 5-6 working days thus resulting in a spoilt christmas present for my sister. Then when they did arrive they were clearly FAKE although I paid the average price for them. They were also the wrong colour quelle surprise, when asking to send the grey ones that I paid for I was told that I would have to pay for the shipping of the black ones back first!!! Which I may add was over 20 pounds. This website is fraudulent and dodgy as hell. read full review »

I subscribed to the mini-mentorship at marketgeometry. The website claims that a 35 year experienced trader, Timothy Morge, will lead mini-mentorship sessions 3 times a week as part of your subscription. One day a week is free to anyone. So that leaves 2 times a week. 1 time a week is led by a truck driver with no bio or resume given as to his trading or teaching experience. That leaves 1 time a week for the 35 year experienced trader. He does not lead that session either -- he lets the same truck driver / trading trainee lead it. Very disappointed with what you get versus what the website claims you will get. read full review »

This website has no proof that the world will end on that date and time. i think this website should keep its opinions of that matter to itself, now if it said the world is going to end for blah blah blah reason, i wouldn't care. but this is different. this website cant say something will happen when it is not going to happen or might not. i am not a supporter of 2012, as you can probably tell. so the point I'm really trying to get to is that you shouldn't be able to say something at that high of an opinion level if other people oppose it. read full review »

This software is touted as award winning grammar checking that exceeds MS word. It says that it can be run as background software, it cannot. It is an unstable and error prone web application. Customer service said that by hitting F2 the app would check any document I was working on, but this is not the case. Olek Lejbzon Company's claim to craftsmanship is a farce, if not bordering on fraud. In October 2008 they took our antique breakfront's doors to put new putty around the glass panes -- with a 50% advance deposit of $1, 050.00. They broke a couple of the panes and have not been capable to replace them. They have been giving us the run around for eleven months. We are now in August 2009 and still waiting for the doors!
