One of a series of five fraudulent charges to my credit card in September 2010. No refunds, customer service not responsive, could not talk to a supervisor. From what I have researched, they take your money, call it shipping and handling or charge a huge restock fee and tell customers "Have a nice day" while they spend your money. I have no freakin idea how they did it but they got our credit card number, send us a "sample product" and set us up for a subscription (about $90 every 45 days.) Don't recommend doing business with these folks, I have reported them to our local law enforcement Internet crimes division and will do whatever is legal to warn others. I checked in my baggage at4:00PM on September 22, 2010 a tSan Francisco Airport. There were two pieces of luggage check in. When I arrived home the next day I discovered that Jewlrey and several other items (cash, giftsand sunglasses)that were in one of the bags was missing. After downloading malwarebytes to remove a virus, that mircosoft sercuity essentils couln't. It found two infections and one virus. I then removed them and things were ok. I then uninstalled malwarebytes and I found that I had lost windows vista, driversand my data as well as all updates for a year and a half. I took it in for repair. And was charged $170.00 for this. I ordered a dash and airbags from Lee. but only received the airbags, He then offered a refund at less than half of cost of dash. The lights I ordered are missing the insides and are useless. In August '09 I notified Federal Ins. Brokers that my banking details changed and it's still with the same bank just a new acc no. Firstly they processed the application too late (after cutoff time) so the debit order went off on the old acc, which off course had no money in it. I used Classic removals to move my mothers contents to DBN this past week. I made payment in advance and was advised that it was received and nothing was owing by Christelle. Amount R1810. On Saturday when my goods are to be delivered, I get a call from Maria Saying I owe them Over R2000. I ask to speak to the Manager, Absolutely Rude! I told him i can only sort the difference on Monday and he says he will put my stuff in storage, that would mean I have to pay storage as well. They blame the customers for their miscommuniction. I bought a ticket from them for travel to bangkok, They offer reduced fare business class. I paid by check. They took my credit card as security. I recently called the Board of Public Utilities to report fraud on a third party company but instead encountered a rude, poorly educated person who couldnt handle the complaint. As I was in the process of explaining my issue with this company that posed as pseg he became inpatient, raised his voice and ultimately hung up. I knew I was going to have to retire for health reasons and I would never again have the funds again to buy a new economical dependable truck so in 1998 I bought a brand new 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually. It had mecanical problems within the first year and things got worse with every mile. When the warranty ran out in 2006 the truck spent more times broke down than running.
