I purchased Woolworths and Sandton City gift vouchers on Wednesday 7 October. Delivery was to be in 5 working days. They phoned and set up a time to meet someone at the delivery address. The time was 10am Friday morning (7 days after purchase) and the person made special arrangements to be there and Ebucks have not pitched! I test drove a vehicle on Sat 9/25 around 5 pm. I dealt with David, the salesperson. I liked the vehicle but was not ready to purchase at the moment as I needed to think about it overnight, and the car was very dirty. Spent several hours and many emails trying to get my 4 Step Rebate. I even pointed out that I would never buy their products again FOR LIFE. They did not seen to care. Last night we required a quick meal at 6pm for my 3yr old son and ourselves. Mimmos Park Meadows seemed the quickest and the better option and we ordered takeaways. I applied for a property through Build Matrix and have found their service delivery very slow and painful. I always had to follow up with them and ask them what was happening with the bond application etc. Then they changed their cell phone numbers without informing me which is unacceptable. I order the seafood alfrado, and my husband ordered shrimp premivara and the amount on the dish was very small compaired to what we are used to gettting at the olive garden.
