I purchased 4 pairs of pants (2 jeans and 2 cords) for my teenage daughter 3 weeks ago on 10/23/2010. I have the original receipt, but my daughter removed the tags. I washed one pair of jeans and discovered 2 medium size holes in the back of one of the legs. My daugther wears a uniform to school, so she only wears the jeans on weekends. I oredered a trial offer, which I never received, they stated I had 7-10 days to cancel after receiving the trial offer. This was listed as a free virus scan and it did that, but then installed itself on my computer and would not uninstall. Then they would not tell me how to get it off. I have had a terrible time dealing with a blacksmith named Jake Beimler. I have had to call the police on him, as well as my attorney, as he tried to not send me an $80 ulu I bought for my son. I still don't have it, but the girlfriend says it has been sent. We'll see. I ordered a 30 day trial of the program for 1.97 on 11/10/2010 to be charged at end of trial period. On 10/12/2011 they charged my visa card 49.95. When I looked them up on the web sight and told them this I was told by agent 289 that I would recieve a rebate in my welcome package to be mailed back in to recieve my money back. This should be told in the add and I should not been led to believe that I had 30 day to try the product before I would be charged. By this there is no 30 day trial.
