Total waste of time. Promises to deliver product in something like 1-2 weeks, but I was emailing up to six weeks later asking where my stuff was. Generally unresponsive and when he did respond he would blame it on the post office. Claimed to have a delivery confirmation email stating it had been shipped, but he was unable to produce it. BUYER BEWARE! I am very concerned that a person that has been doing business on ebay for a few years now can manipulate people like this. I bought an item from this person, paid in full. The item got to me and when I used it, it didn't function like it said in the ad. We had an approved autoclave service look at this item to repair it. I purchased hardwood and instalation this past week because I had company coming over the weekend and my dining room was pet soil on it. They were supposed to install the flooring on Thursday as my guests were coming on Firday night. This was the WORST car rental company I ever used. The employees were rude and slovenly. If I had not arrived there at 11:30 pm after a very long day, I would have gone elsewhere. The car was filthy, I had to clean the windows in order to see through them. The interior was also dirty. I went to have my hair color lightened. I was given a qoute of $65 and 2 hours in the salon. When you buy tickets to an event (I bought mine through TicketTurbo), be aware that Jeff, who runs Windy City Roadtrips, doesn't have the tickets he is selling.
