I paid for a swim spa to be installed where my pool was in July 2008. The bill was paid in full and I was to not have to pay additional costs. On November 3, 2010 I used Visa card to pay at the pump (at a Chevron gas station in Federal Way, WA, with plus grade) and began to fill up and soon realized that there was no pressure and no gas being dispensed/pumped into my tank.
