I've never had a worse experience in trying to get a haircut in my life. Brandy, the "stylist", was so rude, insulting, and physically abusive that I could barely remain seated in her chair. College girl came to door selling kids books. My son was 2 at the time and I ordered Thomas and Friends and Turtle. that was 2/26/10. Today is 1/5/10 and still no books. Like another complainant stated that she felt violated and would be reluctant to help anyone else that came to her door. I feel the same way. I have a cracked wheel on my 2002 PT Cruiser. I found the wheel for my car listed on the Parts Ultimate's online website. After reading the description and terms/conditions, I purchased the wheel. The price and shipping features were excellent however the actual ordered item had a viatl part missing delivery. I spoke with a customer service agent (after hours of calling the 800#) and was told that I'd receive a callback after she checked with the factory site about the incomplete order. I have not had any contact from PARTSGEEK nor have I been able to speak with a live person after leaving numerous voice messages and emails requesting support. I recently opened an account at E Trade hoping I could invest and save for my future. Upon opening it I transfered two different amounts. One went through, the other did not as their were not sufficient funds in my bank account. At the first appointment, Backworks took my Blue Cross insurance card. All other similar businesses verify coverage, so it was reasonable to expect they would do the same. And I am certain they were aware Blue Cross did not cover TMJ therapy. Blue Cross is not an obscure insurance company. At no time did they even ask for a co-pay. Be aware of all the ins and outs with this company, they use very deceptive practices when doing business. We only once ever actually got a small job from there leads, but for the most part there leads are a joke, they do not screen the jobs / projects they post as they say they do, and on many occasions i have had a client tell me they had gotten pricing from 6 or more contacts from construction deal, when what they advertise to those buying leads is that they only send it out 4 times then it goes away.
