My daughter placed an order on their website on Dec 22nd. She paid an extra $28.14 for 2 day air shipping. They shipped the package so it will arrive on December 28th, not in time for Christmas. There was nothing during the checkout process that indicated she would not receive the package in time, at least by the 26th (you would think, at the very latest). When I called to find out about the mistake, the owner Jeff yelled at me and said it was my fault. His customer service was the worst I have experienced. In this economy, he should be... read full review »

My daughter gave her $100 dollar bill to a cashier to purchase lip chap and she keyed it in as a $10.00 bill. The manger counted the cash register and discovered that she was approx $50 over. I know she took all of my daughter Christmas money and she did not get any thing for Christmas. I need to talk to someone. This bothers me. read full review »

the world religions

Above named entities continually deceive people, usually the poor and uneducated, with false promises of "a better life after death", "inner peace", "moral fortitude" and other stuff like more money and a smaller waistline. One office (The Vatican) has hundreds of millions of dollars and many of the managers of their franchises molest young children (usually boys). Another franchise located in the Middle East continues to keep their customers ignorant and enlists many to really nasty things... I'm not... read full review »

pcfetch
Disgruntled168 May 12, 2010
I purchased a massage chair from pcfetch for $1400 that was advertised on EBay as having a 5 year warranty. After about 1 year, the item developed problems, and I found some metal and plastic parts under the chair. I contacted pcfetch about honoring their warranty beginning Feb. 14, 2010, after sporadic email responses to 14 emails (they will not answer the phone) they still did not give any indication or specific information about honoring the warranty. After contacting EBay and the San Diego Better Business Bureau, Wesley Newman of pcfetch... read full review »

As for the free gifts. They want a $33 processing fee per night for the Hotel stay. They want a $50 fee for the airline tickets. And they want a $39.95 fee for the gas rebate. None of this is explained till the 90 minutes of B.S. is over. Nothing about this place is free. Glad they only got my time and not my money. read full review »

Yelp
nothingbutthetooth May 12, 2010
I guess this is one of the few places we can review Yelp. They certainly won't let me review them on their website even though they profess themselves as the voice of the people. They are more like the mafia filtering negative reviews for businesses who pay their protection monies and keeping libel unsubstantiated reviews for those who have principals and refuse to pay. This is the ugly truth they don't want you to know. Please spread the word so we will no longer be oppressed by this mafia. Thanks for reading this! read full review »

I purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 in Nov. '09. Had initial problems completing the transaction with Digital River/Element 5/Kaspersky that very day and should have heard teh bells go off. I did not and completed the purchase. It has been a worthless and regretable experience since. I have had to hire computer technicians on tow occasions. they have completely removed and reinstalled the program. Kaspersky keeps "losing" my key. The problem begins with a "blacklist is corrupted" window which suggests that I open... read full review »

Kellogg's frosted flakes
Justin Hammer May 12, 2010
So the other day, I bought a new box of Kellogg’s frosted flakes for my two kids. They opened it (and made a mess…ha ha) and I saw that the box was only half full! Now, I know that this box was bigger than the one I bought for them yesterday, so I felt like I was getting ripped off! My kids need to eat, and they went hungry that morning cause they didn’t have enough cereal to eat. Who knows if this is common? Does Kellogg do this all the time? I want to know how to get a hold of Mr. Kellogg and tell him the fact... read full review »

Looks like we've spotted the worst casino - ever. This clipshot joint came to light when one of our forum members reported that the software did not seem to be fair. Additionally, other members pointed out that there were some odd discrepancies with the casino's terms and conditions. The casino claimed to be licensed in Costa Rica. There is no Gaming Commission in Costa Rica that issues gaming licenses to online casinos. Seasoned players know this. Even so, the casino claimed the following in their terms and conditions. We are not even Tru-Green customers...our neighbors are. We came home one day to a blue dog. Now, I am sure that he was barking at the Tru-Green guy, but the dog was covered snout to tail in blue (we have pictures). When we called the company to complain and explain that the actual property line is about 15 feet from the chain link fence, they told us that it must have been a result of wind carrying the overspray. We spoke to multiple managers who assured us that the dog was not intentionally sprayed. They can never seem to stop spraying... read full review »

They are a spam machine. Spam is one thing, but receiving unwanted snail mail from casinos is intrusive and good casinos understand this, right? And when the mail is addressed to someone who is deceased, and after the surviving spouse makes several efforts to have this mail stopped, this falls into the evil marketing catagory. Here is the story: Why, after I have personally called at least 3 times this past year, do you still insist on sending my deceased husband whom I may add has NEVER lived at this address of mine EVER unwanted... read full review »

A swedish player was owed a balance of over €100848. He was able to withdraw in limited amounts - but not too often. The casino then went silent - no response to his emails. At this time the player contacted one of the poker room's affiliates who opened an account in order to have the player transfer these funds so he could send them to his bank. The accounts were locked and the casino never responded to his emails. With over €100, 000 lost - he has no hope of recovery. read full review »

I signed up for Powerbet casino at the recommendation of a few people here because of their good payment records in the past - this was on November 8th. I took the WINBIG1 bonus and lost it pretty quickly, but then had good luck with a larger bonus that they happened to be offering that week. I had used Expert Tire services on more than one occassion and never had a complaint. This all changed on May 8, 2010. I noticed a screw on the outside of a tire, and knew it would not be able to be fixed. I was not prepared to buy a whole set of tires though since they only had 20, 000 miles on them and were not worn. I was told that the alignment was off and caused the front tires to be damaged.
