We have broken elevators of which there seems to no hurry to get fixed. Eversince the turned the aprtments int section eight housing, we have had all kind of problems. Multable families living in one bedroom apartments, maintenance taking up to a year and a half to fix peoples bathrooms and furnaces, false accusations made against long time residents from the management just to get them to leave. All of the complaints on here I have experienced as well. Unfortunately the leasing of their credit card terminal becomes effective when you sign for the package from UPS. The lease is for 48 months costing a business $4, 800. The same machine can be bought new for under $5oo. At the end of your lease you may buy the machine for 10% of the total lease amount. They sold me a lemon. They knew ahead of time that the engine wiring harness was bad. They said they would fix the problem after the Nissan dealer said the harness needs to be replaced due to all the opens and shorts found by them. I gave to car to Carvision to repair. I would be very careful about dealing with this company. I paid $750 to get my headshots done and by the end of it, NO CD of all my headshots. Instead I'm directed to a website to view and choose which headshots I want to have touched up. The problem is the website is very slow and it takes a very long time to pull up each picture to view. Farmers Home Insurance charge is unbelievable high. At the end of 2009, I switched home insurances to better offers for all my properties. Liberty Mutual and Allsate refunded the remaining balances immediately. James Abruzzo with Farmers would not cancel the policy. Instead they told me I had to write them a letter for cancellation. After I sent them a cancellation letter in January 2010, they still charged my mortgage company from January to April 2010. Farmers wanted $1, 500 for a policy I could get with $800. Bought a Hyundai Sonata new in 2003. Had 80, 000 miles on it when clutch pedal went to the floor. Clutch parts were not bad, but flywheel was DEFECTIVE. Flywheel not like normal flywheels, but had arms and bushings that allowed the pressure plate and clutch disc to be pushed too far into the transmission bell housing, scraping the bell housing and locking the pedal to the floor.
