I bought there products and actually like them. However, embedded in their program is advertising promotional that run in Internet Explorer. Their program is always running because it is used to do grammar checks in Word and Outlook. Often, when I open Internet Explorer, an advertising popup displays to buy more of their products. It happens a lot. I do a lot of presentations and when I open Internet Explorer, their popup opens. I called them and they shut it off on their end. This is outrageous. They are reliable enough to come out in most emergencies, which is good. And the work they do in an emergency when their supervisor is there is fine. But I can't rate them well because the supervisor on site misrepresented what was included in the work and led one to believe that stump grinding was separate, when for others it was included in the quoted charge. This is not a case of sour grapes. I have more experiance in in-home furniture delivery than the owner, operations manager and the driver manager at this company that claims to "be the best in the business". We do our job under the impression of fear, wondering if this is our last trip. I had perfectly green even grass last weekend. Although I am capable of taking care of my lawn, a determined GreenLawn sales woman worn me down. GreenLawn crew arrived and applied fertilizer. I watered it next day as advised. Within few days my grass turned brown. The fertilizer burned it. The Wells Fargo, Casa Grande, AZ (Florence Blvd) is one of the worst banks in America. They have serious issues and I would use caution when banking here.
