I ordered some cabinet pulls from this company. The merchandise arrived at my house 5 weeks after I ordered. When it arrived one of the 6 pulls was broken and the others didn't quite fit. When I decided to return them I was told there was a 40% restocking fee. I ordered the older M17x from Alienware . after over a month of delays I got it, only to have the speakers fail. I worked for hours with tech support, and then (after wiping the hard drive clean twice) they decided that it was a hardware issue and asked me to send it back to them. Sells its self as a high end bathroom design studio, had some ideas of my own which i wanted the "designer" to improve upon or offer some advice, not unreasonable as i would be spending approx £8-10k. When this company made a mistake with a custom order, they refused to make it right and threatened to sue me if I didn't have the products installed as is. I even had the original sketches made by their sales rep showing that they had not delivered what I ordered. My family and I have always stopped at Barnhills since it is almost the half way point on our travels to Alabama. The last four visits have been horrifying. The floor is sticky, the ladies restroom is beyond description and the food is old and cold. The salad bar needed to be cleaned and there were only ten people in the place on the past trip. My sister had food poisoning when she arrived for a visit a week after our bad experience. The waitresses look at though they had slept in their uniforms. Please close or repair. I have a 3-at-a-time membership with Netflix, but I also work at a correctional facility where we pay for the 8-at-a-time membership so the inmates can see movies on the weekends. I have been asking for a court date since January 2009, For my Child Support. The father has not obeyed the Court Order and $7000.00 behind in child support and daycare expense. Their insurer hit my car. I filed my claim same day. They took responsibility for it, and had their field appraisal guy come survey the damages to my car. It then took over 2 weeks of me calling every day, to get a status update on what was going on. They NEVER will return your phone calls. Loan Solutions is a boiler room. I have been harassed by this company for days to pay them $2, 500 for a loan modification. I gave their name to the Florida Attorney Generals office. They told me that it was illegal to charge these fees. They said they have numerous complaints about this company.
