Well I have only had Safeguard in my home now for two months... so far so good. The main reason why I went with this company was because of my father's recommendation. I received my at&t phone bill and had discovered 6 charges all totaling $187.60 for collect calls made in a total of 3 days. I immediately called Legacy and spoke to a rep. On May 5, 2007, I purchased a Serta Genesse Queen Sized mattress. By December 1, 2007, in just seven months, The Mattress Warehouse replaced the mattress because it sagged so much it met the 2" sag limit that justified replacement. I am not as pissed as I should be considering all the headache I have been through with Brakes 4 Less. I must say that their service recovery is outstanding and they do honor their warranty. I have a small business and needed a credit card machine. I was referred to Ladco leasing to get the POS machine through them. Ladco leasing will bind you to an overpriced lease of a machine that you can get through your merchant services, or even costco for about $500.00. I machine was subsequently stolen, and I still had to "honor the contract" and buy another machine for $300. from my merchant service company. This is a lot less than a 4 year lease costing $1200.
