I have tried to cancel my order with this company for the last 3 months and they keep sending me their product. That's 300.00 worth of money they got without canceling my order. I went to my bank and filled out a form to stop the automatic withdrawels, but somehow they managed to get another months worth of money. I called my bank and confirmed that they still had my form, and they said yes but it must have went through another branch. Hopefully I have that taken care of. ISWS called us and said they had an order for Aderhold Fitness Center (air force base) for 30 Star Trac NXT Spin bikes. They "brokered" the deal. They marked up the bikes we sold them to the military. The military paid them and then ISWS claimed they would send payment. We closed most of our accounts here due to problems with this bank, but left our IRA there. We attempted to withdraw money from our IRA and were told we should receive our check within 3 business days. It is now 8 business days later and no check. We were using it to pay college tuition and trusting Zions, which was stupid looking back, assumed we'd get the check within at least a week. We now have overdraft fees to pay because Zions did not follow through. They say they don't know anything about this and are checking in to it. I paid to have my son under their care. charge $15, 000 for prometa.+ $thousands. mo. Detox thru them is charging you for a room and seeing you 1-2 times day. I am extremely disgruntled after calling customer service to make a return. Upon talking with my plumber, I learned that I had ordered the wrong faucet set. I ordered several items from Seventh Avenue. None of them arrived damaged, but one of the big items that cost $40 to ship cracked AFTER we put it together. So in order to get a refund of $250, we'd have to pay another $40 or more to ship it back - out of pocket. I've had DTV for about three years now. On average I have video/audio issues every 3 months. I resisted purchasing their service protection plan until recently. Over the past 4 weeks I have lost picture and audio 1 or 2 times daily requiring the receiver to be re-booted. I asked Sears to come and service a dishwasher they installed 4 years ago. The repairman said the dishwasher was fine but plumbing bad. I live in tidwater Virginia. Merchants tire is a rip off no matter what you do. They have a chart they follow for the mark up on parts and it is ridiculous. A friend of mine retained a copy of it. For the first time in many months, I actually looked at my Verizon bill - yikes, $9.95 a month. Called them - they actually answered - said I took an IQ quiz during a Facebook session and signed up for the $9.95 service. I asked them for a credit "oh no, Verizon will not allow us access to your account with them" - are you kidding me? Why would Verizon not allow a credit yet allow a debit? This is a scam.
