Filed claim with First American only to be denied as it seems to be their standard practice. Drain pipe broken inside wall under sink and they seem to think that the pipe can be broken in two places behind the wall by excessive force without damaging the trap, connection to the sink, or the drywall that the pipe goes through. But what the heck we all have to learn our lessons the hard way. My wife and I ordered a three piece sofa/loveseat/recliner set from this place. Robert the sales man was very nice and bent over backwards to sell us what we wanted. We decided on this place after driving all day and looking at numberous places for the furniture we wanted. After not having made an international call over six months, I was told that my prepaid account was automatically closed. Americatel's website does not state that if you do not use their service withinsix months they automatically close your account and any balance remaining is lost. Their website states that there is no expiration date and if you want to cancel your account then you must call them. SniperHill Internet Service provides poor quality service to US service member who are deployed to Iraq. SniperHill charges $85.00 a month from US service members for 128K internet connection. Most of the time you can only get about 68K. There are very frequent service interuptions. SniperHill guarentees that service members can use "Skype" and other services to call home, but the bandwidth has difficulty supporting it and the calls are frequently dropped. I loaded $50 on a greendot prepaid card via phone. This was the second time I did it and they gave me a different card number. I thought it might have been because I hadn't used the card in a while and that was why I got a new number. A few days later when I tried to use the card it was declined. On a Sunday visit to Ybor City, we stopped in at the Columbia Restaurant to have cafe con leche and flan. We went to the bar and asked for a table there. The bartender told us that we could not get a table and to go to the other side. We asked at the desk and were told that they only took dinner reservations on that side. My sister called me crying about how mean the hotel workers are in the "La Mirage Inn" in Los Angelas. She wanted to cancel her mistakenly made reservations there and get a refund so she could make reservations for the hotel she actually wanted. Upon check-out he presented a coupon issued February 26, 2010 by Christina, a manager at that location. Placed an order Jan 30, 2010 on their website for a pen to be engraved for presentation at an awards event to be held on Feb 25, 2010. Their site indicate a normal delivery of approx 5 business days with a current delay of 3 - 4 additional days due to an upgrade being preformed at their site. Ticket liquidator adverised spring training baseball tickets at $47.00 each, plus $8.70 per ticket sevice fee and $15.00 shipping. When I do or did finally get to speak with someone they barely spoke english and I was told they were located in South America for a government contracted phone in th US. This company has gained access to my bank card or checking account apparently through a product that I purchased online. They then proceeded to access my checking account for services that I never ordered or authorized. When I contacted them, the lady that I spoke with said that they handle business for both companies : ID Sentinel Alert & United Benefit Advantage. Also, that they had a taped conversation with me agreeing to their services. This of course was not true. This is unacceptable. We called Sears Appliance (Kenmore) for solving a problem with the Sears Kenmore side by side refrigerator ice bin with a crusher rusting. They recommended that I get a technician at home to look at it. I asked for not only a replacement part also a recall on this ice crush bin that is collecting rust. OnlineReputationManager.com are passing themselves off as a SEO company. I had them do Optimization for my website which was doing better then than after they did their work. Now I have to pay another company to take their spamming, stuffing and irrelevant text off my website, so that will be another $5000.00. I have not complained about a company before and have been in business for many years, but Reputation Media takes advantage of companies and are filled with excuses why their SEO work fails.
