Well. 10 days later I recieev another bottle and I call to cancel and to get back the 89.89 they charged me in addition to the orginal 3.99. My teenage daughter was fished into this celebwhite 99 cent trial offer. She received it. Next thing she receives is a $150 membership fee. They said they would issue a check and gave a tel. no. and a confirmation no. for the cancellation. I then called up my tel. co. to complain and they took out the amount from my tel. bill and gave me the new amount that I would need to pay. How can these unauthorized charges be blocked off? The main tv with the dvr recorder has no picture every time I turn it on. The extra tv in the other room seems to work fine. It's getting to be a pain in the but every day. I just want to turn on tv and get a picture every time. I have to unplug it and turn it to channel 4 with my tv remote. Then I turn on the dvd player. Then I have to turn off my dvd player, and then I have to push Video 1 on my tv remote. Then I get a screen that says press menu to watch fios. That's an awful lot of work just to watch tv. In 2008 I purchaed an aftermarket automobile warranty for my 2003 Mercedes C240. The warranty company was Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. I had two claims that went fine. One in 2008 and one in 2009. I put in a third claim two weeks ago thru my dealer for $911.47. This is the worst dermotologists in Webster TX. Money hungry and doesnt care about her patients. I feel bad for her that she wants to send someone to collection for not paying for a service that they thought they were getting and didn't. This company advertised a free dvd to read about their services, that all you had to do was pay $3.95 for shipping, if you pay with your debit or credit card they turn around and charge an amount of $73.91. Their free dvd was received with no documentation about cancelling any membership after a certain time, neither was their any mention of a membership on line, and the dvd did not work in my computer. Hearthside Distributors is by far the worst internet company I have ever worked with in ordering equipment. BEWARE of the fine print in their terms and conditions statement. There is no such thing as "consumer is right" with them. All responsibility is on the consumer when ordering parts and equipment. They are never at fault. This company telemarketed my 86-year-old mother within days after the death of her husband, my father. They claimed to offer a great deal on renewal of her National Enquirer - 8 payments of $45 each, to renew for three years, even though her subscription was not due for renewal. Listen to the customers-when they say there is a problem then ther probally is. It would be nice to get fluent ENGLISH speaking people that wil try to above & beyond there duties to help solve a situation-instead they put you on hold & just keep telling you that are sorry for your inconvenience but basically you are screwed. Never will I go back there. I had a wisdom tooth pulled there. The Dr. gave me a shot, waited 45 seconds, and went to pull. I told him I could still feel everything. He then scraped a metal instrument across my gums on the other side of my mouth and told me "thats pain", and proceeded to pull my tooth anyhow. I felt everything, started crying.
