I recieved paperwork from my company's garnishment division notifying me of a pending garnishment from this company. Mu husband and I tried a 30 day trial period of Advanced Cleanse and Acaiberry Pure- however, it made me ill and the company sent us another order before the 30 day trial was up, I canceled both accounts and I was still charged $149.95 and never received the product. Was billed four months of charges ($24.95*4*2) from this company on my credit card. They claimed to have credited my credit card account today - when I called them and complained. They service rep gave me no fight for the refund. They claimed I had visited a web site and clicked a selection box that caused me to be registered. If this is true, I had no idea of what I had done. It was a totally devious method of registration. I ordered the .99 trial of this product. I cancelled it before the 14 days were up but had to leave a message to do so - no people to answer the call. I STILL got the charge on my bank account and they also charged a $4.50 international charge. I called but the only thing they did was give an email address that I can request a refund from. I do not feel comfortable sharing this information. I have not recieved any e-mails or mailings showing any service in return for the charges.
