We're a trucking company and knowing Lowes reputation for unloading trucks, my driver called to let Lake of the Ozark, Mo know he was on his way and they told him they receive until 10:00pm. He arrived at 4:10pm. They told him they quit unloading at 4:00pm and refused to unload him. They would unload at 7:00am. Try 8:30am. He had 1 skid to unload. Took all of 3 minutes. I purchased this oven on February 27, 2009 and picked it up from Lowe's on the next day. It was installed in my home in March 2009. Two days ago I baked a cake and it worked fine. I called ValueMax about the unauthorized charges that I'm certain were a result of using the Intellius background check service. The first rep offered to cancel and refund the current month's charges, I said I wanted all of it credited going back to 2009 when they started charging my corporate card. Medco did a “bait and switch”. Upon enrollment they sent me a formulary which included disopyramide phosphate ER at $6 for 90 days mail order. I placed the order immediately upon receiving this formulary. They filled it instead with the non generic version at $173 for 34 days without even informing me. The prescription as written was for Norpace CR 300 mg. This dosage does not seem to be available and is substituted by 100mg x 3 or 150mg x 2. Being stuck in heathrow airport lift for an hour, we telephoned them 6 times and they knew how nervous i was, they explained that they had sent the engineers to the wrong lift, they asked us at the beginning which floor we were on, we replied that we didnt know as all it said on the lift was out of service, we heard nothing else from them apart from when we telephoned them. There was no communication no paramedics there and all we had was a bottle of water from airport staff. Hertz (aka Herts)Auto Transport is such a fraud, they mispell their own name! They ripped me off for over $1300 and never performed the service for which they were paid. After making a duplicate charge on my credit card, and two weeks after the date they were supposed to pick up my vehicle, they refused to answer their phone or return my calls or return my money! This is now being handled by my credit union as a fraudulent transaction. These folks need to return to the country they came from (not the USA)and rip off their own fellow citizens. At least, they could have fixed the problem or could have waived the fee because I was loyal customer of theirs for +/- 10 years. I had bought a $3, 600 King Size Serta Mattress from Sleepys two years ago. The Mattress warrantee is supposed to be for 10 years as you would expect with an expensive mattress like that. Then they charge a recurrent monthly fee if you don't catch it on your statement and cancel in a matter of days. There are websites to cancel, if you can find them. Very tricky and dishonest.
