When I went in to rent the truck, they tacked on a bunch of additional fees to the point that I paid about double the online quote (even without buying the additional insurance they offered). I’ve hired FrequentFollowups in order to remove some posts made by an ex employee that showed up in Google and Yahoo and they ripped me off. First they said that I need to pay $2000 dollars to have it removed, then they asked for $1000 more and still did not do anything to help my reputation. I live in california. I took my grandson to the circus. I approched a sign that said public parking and under the sign it had names of arenas. I parking there went in the circus. I can out there was a boot on my daughters car. I didn't know what I did. A customer leaving the parking lot said good luck. The Bootman Company is very rude. This was on a Sunday, 2/14/2010. They got me. I was on my computer with my internet browser window open. Suddenly I get this warning window that will NOT go away. It then starts to list about 20 trojans and worms that have "suddenly" infected my computer. I can't close the darn thing. It keeps popping up, disabling all of my other open applications. Very poor management and rude customer service. They don't take check/debt cards and their ATM is ALWAYS out of cash. I say if your paying 8 dollars a person to watch a movie in that establishment they should treat you like a paying customer. Citibank has decided to charge me an annual fee on my two credit card accounts. I noticed that they DO NOT charge the annual fee for the same cards for new customers. After 25 years having these accounts I've been forced to "opt out" and close the accounts which in turn will negatively affect my credit score. If new customers are charged the same fee for their Citi Platinum Plus cards I would be more inclined to understand that it is just policy ( and highway robbery, but that's beside the point) ), but that is not the case. read full review »

My grandson who is 17, asked to use my credit card number to register with Car Sponsors. He was told on line that it was free to register. They just needed the card to list him in the program. They included Pando Media Booster in their Maplestory download. This allows them to use their clients' bandwidth in order to upload bits and pieces of their file to other clients, ala bittorrent. Great. So they get free bandwidth, and I get a +$20 charge because my campus limits bandwidth usage and I've managed to rack up 30 gigs of uploads for them in 2 weeks. read full review »

Stay away from this location!!! We purchased a vent-free gas log fireplace unit on a Sat. The price was good and the salesman was ok. On Sun (less than 24 hours later), we tried to cancel the purchase due to an emergency, but were told cancellations incurred at least a 20% cancellation fee. We attended a 3 day seminar for Peak Potentials and signed up for the seminar "Never Work Again" in June 2009. The seminar was in December 2009. We paid $458 on a credit card and they were supposed to charge our card once per month. They never did and when we inquired they said there was a problem. They advertise their in house lab for making dentures. They don't tell you but they send them out to 'Corporate' to be made. Who knows where Corporate is. I suspect it is some sweat shop, possibly in some other country, full of dental technician trainees. The quality is horrendous.
