Headphones poorly built. Several internet postings from owners complain of fragile wires breaking from normal use. Kaplan University Financial Office sucks, it makes you frustrated and you think its you but its them, I have had 4 FAO this term of obtaining my BA in Managment. I had At & T u-verse service installed for my internet and home phone. It took me a while to figure it out but if I have my computer on, I can not receive a fax. I also realized that if I am on the phone talking to someone and I get another call and new call goes to voice mail, while the new caller is leaving a message I can not hear the people that I am talking to.
