I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress 2 1/2 years ago and it is defective. The sides are sinking in terribly while the center is hard and much higher in position. My parents purchased one as well and are having the exact same problem. I paid to have an inspector come and they told me that this was normal and claimed I had a stain as well which cancelled my useles warranty. There was no stain at all. Now I have to pay another $50 to have someone come out and tell me the exact same thing. I would never purchase a mattress from Leeds and / or Simmons. Neither one will honor the warranty. Had trouble with my computer, I could not get on the internet off and on issue, it finally go worse and I just could not get on. I took my computer to Best Buy and they simply shut off Trend and I was able to get onto the internet. I deleted Trend and kept Webroot. My car was stolen and recovered. Towed to this place. I was called by MB police and told my car was in the same shape I left it in and drivable to go pick it up. This company kept me on the phone for over an hour, very rude and discourteous, until they had closed so my car had to stay overnight. Subway charged me sales tax on adding money to my sub club card, and then charges me tax on individual uses. That is double taxing on the same purchase. I contacted them, and they agreed that it was wrong. However, they never issued me a refund as they had said. I would think double-taxing on the same purchase is illegal. I had a carnival sea miles credit card for around 8 years. Each time I tried to used points for a cruise the card company said I had to book with them, I always got a better price else where so the points kepted adding up. Now they changed the card to "fun points" and guess what...now you can get your best price and still use your points! The Thompson Service Department could not figure out what was wrong with my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
