I bought a Dell in December for my son. The WLAN Card Networking Service does not respond and closes. The message continues to pop up even after disabling the card. Called Dell "support" and had my call dropped by some tech guru in India. Return call netted no support and a lot of confusion about what I needed done. Past loyal Dell owner who will never purchase from Dell again. I fixed the machine myself by wiping the system clean and starting over. On Jan, 18 2010 I filed a claim with signal insurance, I had dropped my htc touch pro off a roof while working. I also used turbo tax to file my taxes and santa barbara tax group was suppose to direct deposit my taxes.. i recieved my first email saying that i would get it on the 12th . then when not recieved I got another email saying my money would be direst deposited on the 19th. now being the 19th they said that my bank rejected my deposit and they had to send me a paper check that I would recieve within 5 business days. I went to a vacation package presentation where I was given a "free" cruise from Spirit Incentives. I give them 3 dates and they tell you that you will receive a confirmation email at least 45 days before the first date you selected. I make a call to Spirit Incentives to see if there is a deadline by which I have to confirm my plans. After ~2 years, my 52" Plasma went out with a loud bang. I called Vizio customer support and of course my warrenty expired and was told there was nothing they can do. Less than 1 month ago, I purchased a Dell Vostro 1510 laptop direct through Dell's website. I have had only very limited available use of this product as typically the display is black. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with unknowledgeable service techs without result. This is a brand new product that has not worked correctly since day 1 and I would asked for a replacement without satisfaction. The best I got was a promise that an on-site service tech would contach me within 24 hours for an appt. No response. This company does not stand by their full customer satisfction guarantee at all so beware before you order. They will allow you to return a photo album that is very poorly made with really bad quality pictures but you still have to pay $10 to $15 to ship the album back to them. We went to Polo Towers to use our time share in dec. 2009. At the time, Diamond resorts took over the Hotel. We decided to listen to their sales pitch concerning points. After listening to them for 3 hours they gave us a deal for 2500 points with the yearly option to convert the polo timeshare into points as well. The annual fees as stated are 750 dollars for the deal. What they didn't say was the Fees was only for the 2500 points and that the time share at polo Towers remain about the same.
