I made 2 $100 payments towards my Daughters cellphone at what I thought was the T-Mobile website. The charges were made to my credit card but not applied to the account. Ultimately I had to make an additional payment when the phone was shut off for non payment. I purchased a Gateway Computer from Hsn in May of 2007. I first had a problem with this computer in 2009. They sent a technician in from Barrister Electronic their warranty people. The technician wiped out my entire computer. I had to send my computer to Louisianna to Barrister. Now my monitor is out an I called Dec. 16 to report the problem. I had to call Barrister and they gave me the run around. I found out that Barrister cannot repair my computer. Hsn protection plus is dragging their feet about replacing my computer. Purchased a bed that is supposed to fit a standard king size mattress. It is about 1/2 inch shy of fitting the mattress. I can't shove it in. This company won't take the bed back. Twelve days ago I ordered a $400 item from exoticsportbike.com . I have to this day not received an invoice. I contacted exoticsportbike.com via email because they do not answer the customer service line. The only answer I received stated that my order had been received. Today I called the sales line and yes exoticsportbike.com answered right away but after hearing that I was checking on an order status I was put on hold for ten more minutes. I purchased a new pair of glasses for over $300 at JC Penney in 3-09. I have worn glasses since the 7th grade (I'm now 51 years old..) and have rarely had a single scratch on my lens. This is the first pair of glasses I have not purchased from my eye doctor. MetLife Auto Insurance is great if you never put in a claim... they do a fantastic job of taking your money. But if you ever have an accident, it is nearly impossible to get them to respond appropriately to a claim. I had been driving a friend's car and totaled it. Not at fault accident. Heartless, rude, and incompetent! Dr. Kleiman took one very brief look at my eye and then said I had a mass in my eye. When I asked what does that mean, he said "A mass, an atypical mass or tumor." Then he handed me a business card of another ophthalmologist, and told me to go see him in stead. And then he left the room. He never even gave me a chance to ask him questions about this "tumor".
