The trash bins are very small for this type of complex, it overflows and in the summer it stinks and attracts mice and rats. Instead of getting larger bins, they fine the tenant 100 dollars if your trash bag ends up on the ground. They advertise a heated pool but w0n't turn it on. They do not clean the pool either, you can write your name in the bottom, its so dirty.
