I noticed that my regular bank account has been debited by a company name I did not recognize nor did I authorize. I reported it to the bank but it can only go back 60 days to refund this amount. The BT business broadbrand service has been unavilable for over one month! have been sent 3 new HUB systems to my one business to correct the technical problem, this has failed on three different occasstions. Mem Rewards is what my statement says that dipped in the till without permission.They say i signed up for this rewards program when i had made a purchase back in may of 2009. This company worked on the top half of a Honda Civic engine head which had warped due to broken water pump and overheating. We specifically asked Family Auto to roll up the windows and lock the car while it was on their lot. We asked for a report prior to work being done. They called and said they had already had the top "re-milled" and the engine put together. Purchased a black cedar "hope" chest. it was a sealed undamaged carton. I took possesion as is. it was loaded in my explorer and I took it home. When I unloaded it and removed carton, I found a piece of trim lying lose in carton, the lock assembly was lose inside chest and the seal was bent in. Additional there was scratches on surface. The chest obviously left the factory in this damaged condition. it was intended to be a Christmas present and now must be reordered. Memorial Hermann Systems will not provide me the cost of the Ultra Sound until they get my insurance information and will not take my insurance information over the phone. I purchased a new laptop in March 2009. Upon initial startup, the computer failed. After mulitple attemps to fix the problems with a tech online and on the phone, the computer began to work, somewhat. Multiple problems with programs, start up and battery operation lead me to decide to send the computer in for fine tuning. This proved to be very difficult.
