I ordered what were supposed to be Live Transfer Mortgage Leads from The Lead Tree, LLC but after only one day of getting live trasnfers they switched my order to just next day call back appointments. I paid $5, 000 because I knew live transfers were harder and if I would have known that they would have pulled this "bait and switch" then I would have demended a lower price for that type of service even though I still closed 12% out of them. I have called and called riddle wood and associates they have been taking 50.00 out of my bank account for many months now and my account should be paid off but when you call them you can't get to an actual representative. Mr. Monte Koon is the person of interest who solicited my business of cutting timber off of my property in Georgia. the property is 33 acreas and a contract was made out by Mr. Koon and I signed it. His company was to cut timber for 6 months and afterwhich I would receive payment for lumber cut. Mr. Koon has cut the timber but has since not returned my calls or letters written to his company for payment. I now feel that the whole process of drawing up a contract and everything was a scam. I had bad experience with the Budget in Aurora Colorado. Said they would take care of two problems, one being the door ajar light that makes tha alarm go off at random times, and the other a switch inthe steering column that allows the key to be taken out-this one you have to fight for about 10 minutes to get the key out. Paid $1.97 to view information only and didn't care for program so didn't go any furthur. A short time later there was a charge for $89.26 billed to my credit card without my authorization. This is definately a scam and should be investigated as I'm having done as of this complaint. I've called the phone listed seven times now and they automatically put me on hold every time. Signed up for a free trial after reading ALL terms and conditions, then I had to CALL to cancel my membership and when I did they said that I hadn't signed up for the free trial, that they "don't even offer a free trial". I literally was on the membership for 10 minutes and they said the best they could do was credit me 50% of my money back since there was a misunderstanding on my part. I didn't carefully read instructions right away, much less use the product, because of our hectic holiday schedule. I hired Simply Safer Lawn Fertilizers, out of Wrentham, Massachusetts, to fertilize my lawn. They are the worst. They showed up a day late, were on my lawn for 10 minutes, left fertilizer and lime all over the driveway and sidewalk, and didn't kill any weeds like they said they would. In my opinion, Smart Carpet sells a low quality product and does not stand behind their warranty. Below is an edited letter sent to the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey that explains the complaint. The rug in question is at this time still less than 1 year old. We purchased two pet condos in espresso finish. These pet condos also function as end or accent tables. They require assembly. It took us about an hour to assemble each table. On both tables, when we got to the last piece, which is also the last piece to be removed from the box, we discovered that both pieces had visible damage. For each of the last 2 months I have been charged $19.98 by Verizon Wireless for some mysterious "premium text messages". I have no idea how they got my cell phone number or why these charges were put on my bill. One charge was for a web site called "Solow.com" and the other one was for "sendmemobile.com".
