Why on earth is everyone freaking out? Ive burned my finger on several occasions, while drunk ofcourse, forgetting that I had a lit cigarette in my hand. I just wish they could find a solution to prohibit lighting the wrong end of a marlboro light when your drunk. But seriously, was it this bad when they changed the 1960's marlboro red colors to the less of a cherry red to a brighter red in the mid to late 70's? Is it that big of a deal people? Be aware of Acai Berry "free sample". Your credit card will be charged dearly for products you have not ordered and will continue to do so unless you are able to cancel orders. My advice: cancel your credit card and try to get these guys to get you pay back!!! There are couple of numbers that I have been able to get a hold of. In Canada 416 900 1137. US 361 808 8234. US Bank allows Fraudulent Unauthorized Transactions by known or should have known from reported bad transactions to continue by other customers to allow other customers accounts to be debited. The first assumption is US Bank knew there have been other complaints and refunds made. Second the US Bank computers know the names and phone numbers and can red flag those suspect and notify on the statment of possible dispute. I'll also file a complaint about my vet. I spent 80 bucks on a groom (with sedation as my cat is very bite-y). So happens their kennels are altogether, regardless of cats and dogs, outside and indoor pets. So my indoor long hair kitty got fleas. Desperate, i went to Super Walmart and got Hartz Tick and Flea drops. We usually use Advantage for Cats, but the only place that sells it was the vet and it was Friday evening. I ordered a tv dvd set of the Carol Burnett show for a Christmas gift last year. It arrived in January this year. The Post Office suggested I just send back the package right away, which I did the same day I received it. I have sent several emails requesting my refund to my credit card which was charged for the product before it reached me. I can not get anyone to respond to an email or give me my refund. I owe them 300.00 for a check loan I toook out in 1/2009. Was contacted by a "debra miller" today claiming to be a "process server". said she needed to serve me a summons for this company. my "charges" as she stated were fraudulent check and defrauding a financial institution. Wife called Humana to ask questions about health insurance rates, etc. I recieved a message 2 days later from Joshua an underwriter wanting me to call him back. I called back, and after going through 3 peopole who wanted to know my policy #, I finally reached him. What about "I do not have a policy with your company" is so hard to understand. My future mother-in-law purchased a dress that was on sale at Stylez for the Aisle. She generally wears a size 8 in regular clothing and the dress she found was a size 10. When she put the dress on it looked awesome except for the waist was obviously a little too tight. Mollie (the seamstress) said she is a "miracle worker". II love your liquid laundry detergent...all flavors...but, can you please do something about the measuring caps on the bottles? Dark blue liquid in a dark blue cap makes it very difficult to see any measuring lines...same with the green. Why not clear, or white caps, with black measuring lines. I wish I had checked on this company before I hired them. By the way they are now known as NU Kitchen Cabinets and Floors, same company, different name. I hired them on December 3, 2008 and they promised to have my kitchen done before Christmas. Well here it is January 6, 2009 and not only is my kitchen not done, but the grandite guys that came cracked my floor tile which was new, and chipped one of the drawers. I placed an order online on 12/8/08 for 3 items for Christmas. After approx. 1-1/2 weeks I called customer service to ask about possible ship dates. I was informed that they were "swamped" with orders but that shipping had assured them that all order would ship to arrive by Christmas. Approx 5 days later I called again. Same answer. I signed up for a 10 day trial of thier teeth whitening product. At the bottom of the trial offer it did state that you had 20 days to cancel if you did not wish to continue to receive their product. I did not receive the trial product until 14 days after I ordered it. The trial was for 1 week of daily treatments. Bought 3 CIS systems, stopped working after two weeks of usage ( i had not started using them until the second month after the purchase). The chips got burnt, and asked for replacement chips. They sent used chips, which were burnt too, so my printers do not recognize the cartridges. I called them after to let them know about this and they did not answer my phone calls. I purchased a raid server from RaidKing/MacRaid because they said it would share files "out of the box" without Apple's XSAN software. They lied and I spent $10, 000 plus $2000 more to "try" FiberShare software that doesn't work for us. They said they won't take it back because nothing is "wrong" with it. Horrible experience! It's been 6 weeks and I have been sent the wrong projector lamp 2x! Once by their crappy website "tool" and once by their rep! I'm out $350 so far and no lamp or refund. This company was my middle layer for one of my project and worked through them for 2 years, he used to take highest cut/hr and on the top he is not paying me last 3 months payment.Also, in the same project he had one of his employee whom he did not pay few months as well.Couple of my friends already warned about him.Please stay away from this company. I got the software to come up, but had a user id/password problem - I didn't enter one because I couldn't get past the serial number thing but it insisted that I needed one. The Jewelry Factory / Jewelry Exchange has a NO REFUND policy for any reason at all. BEWARE! You will pick out a diamond to be mounted, they will mount a different diamond with flaws and tell you thats the one you picked! There is nothing you can do about it because of their no refund policy. They will exchange it for another diamond, but double charge you for the labor and mounting costs. My husband and I recently stayed at a DoubleTree Hotel in Arlington Virginia on business(August 11 & 12, 2009). We were quoted a rate of $169/night for two double beds. When we arrived we wanted to connect to the internet and were told it would cost an additional $20/day/connection. I am saddened to see that yet another client is going through the same awful experience we had with Justin Schuck Photography . We hired Justin to shoot our wedding in May of 2008, and though he was very professional before and during the wedding, it was a nightmare trying to get him to send us any of our treasured photos in the following months. We endured lies, excuses, and flat-out ignoring for weeks at a time. It took us 6 months and negative internet publicity to finally get our pre-paid proofs. But I would not do a check by phone I would send a cashiers check. Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend’s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren’t cut straight and the paper wasn’t even completely cut off the sides. When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. Then they finally agreed to a refund and after two weeks of no response we called them to find out what is going on. Now they claim the paper was done perfectly and we can’t get a refund.
