My 2004 Chevy Impala LS 3.8 L V6 engine failed due to a spun engine bearing at a mere 41, 000 miles, far below the 100, 000 mile power train warranty, but just past the 5 year coverage. This problem is ongoing since CVS took over the company a few years ago. They lose prescriptions, change refill status for no known reason, refuse to retain updated new information and mismanage their website so badly that I have had to set up a new account (twice) and cannot use their website to refill scripts. I began the weekly payment plan with GCF/CEC on March 6th of this year. I have paid them to date $968.71 and still do not have my computer! I have phoned several different times and everytime there is a new excuse as to why I do not have my computer. Their office manger, a Mexican lady named Barbara, flat out lied about sending my MRI images to a doctor in San Antonio that I was to fly down and see for a hearing problem. Juniper Future Trust Card sucks. I have had this card for 3 years. I opened it when my son was born. I am a good customer I think I had one late payment but usually pay the balance in full. I guess they don't like that I'm not making money for them with their fees and interest. I puchased these tires and after less than 8000 miles the rear tires developed blisters on the sidewall which were determined to be a result of defects in the tire. I had Imagistone countertop resurfacing done on my kitchen countertops and have to say I am not pleased with the results. They spray a kind of a plastic coating over your existing countertops and it is supposed to look like granite. The finish is not smooth but is grainy and it is hard to get juice stains out. I think it must be porous or something because you really have to scrub to get juice stains out. It really does not look all the great. Here is my bad experience with Tom Spaniel of Signature Lending. Years ago, I had just gotten into real estate as an agent and was closing on one of my first transactions. My husband and I changed our satellite service from Dish to Directv when a young man from Linx Satellite Inc came to our house. We were told they needed our credit card number to check to make sure we had not been Directv customers before. We were told no charges would be put on our credit card. Just to be sure, I checked my credit card charges on line in August and found no charges. When I received my September bill, I found a charge for $79.99. I ordered this complete set and upon arrival I was very disappointed to say the least. The collection cost over $100.00 after paying mailing charges. Some of the disks did not play at all or the second program on the disk will not play. On the disks that do play, the quality is a bad VHS quality with color fading and bleeding, and scewing at the top of the screen.
