I requested a sample of Acei Berry at Xtemeberri and the only charge was postage of .99 which I paid with my debit card. I now find that Wellness Labs has "pre-authorized" a debit from my account for $79. I never authorized any form of payment to this company, nor did I enter any "online contract" with them. I see from other posts that this company has a history of this kind debit theft and I will not pay this. This "business" has a web site that is "down" so you can't contact them. They offered USPS as their shipping method and then without my consent they shipped the guitar picks by Fed Ex which cost me more than what i was willing to risk by letting customs decide through regular mail. Courier services = automatic fees! Then they tried to act like they were doing me a big favour and that i was given complimentary upgrade instead of owing up that they lied and misrepresented themselves online. My ex husband was laid off last year for 4 months..just long enough for me to rack up a large minimum due on my Old Navy card. In June of 09 I bought The Land Before Time for my kid's birthday for $8.11 from HMS. I opted for the expedited delivery because it was advertised as being free with the purchase. Watch out, this place is the classic bait & switch company. I ordered a Nikon DSLR package and they told me the lenses wouldn't auto focus, even though Nikon had confirmed the lenses would work fine. Via email, I contacted Allbrands for an estimate on a specific product and they answered with what I thought was the product I was asking about. Not being an expert on the product codes, I took it on good faith that what they quoted me was what I asked for. Bits International is a scam. They say data entry, typists, email promises government data entry training. You pay via paypal and then you get junk on how to make money on net, that can easily looked up on net for free. They dont contact you back and you have nothing but lost money and junk files. I recieved a disk that wouldn't work. My computer starting running virus scans. I have been charged $49.86/mth and I'm unable to get a refund. This website and company are complete scams. On the bank statement they are listed as infinate dollar 866-227-6975...the call center that handles the calls is Performance Health which is somehow tied back to Google. The pop up that I order the disk from said nothing about a trial period. I order the disk that didn't work and disregarded it. The site said nothing about charging a $49.86 fee. My Son purchased a 2006 Mini Cooper from Global Imports Mini when it was brand new. Everything was fine until the warranty ran out. He was sold a maintain warranty which I was not aware of that was suppose to cover maintance on the vehicle. Cost 1800.00. Acai Burn trail is a fraud. Do not give them any details and they will not stop charging once they got your details. If you already fooled be them already, what you can do is to contact your bank as soon as possible and inform them your situation.
