I was at k mart on 8/08/09 which was the Iowa tax free weekend. As you can imagine it was qiute busy. When I went to check out kmart decided to upload new software which made all registers to fail. This is a very shady company, they advertise on their website that they have 24hr. cust. svc. that's false. The phone # that they have is just a machine, no one ever, ever picks up. Several months ago my daughter was told she needed a root canal. They referred her to a specialist, and set her up with G.E. Care Credit to finance the cost of the procedure with the charges spread out over time rather than all at once. They have NEVER sent her a bill, nor a schedule of payments and where to send them!
