i recently ordered a replacement screen for my laptop. when i had another company install the screen (they have done other computer work for me previously, so i know they are good), the screen didn't work. they said it was a refurb, which is NOT what i had ordered. after contacting screen-aid to ask for an address to ship the screen back, as well as a credit, they replied several times w/ another service email address to use that i ALREADY sent the pertinent info to. and forget about the phone no. for cust srvc - ALWAYS busy. this has been a totally frustrating experience - never again will order anything from these idiots read full review »

You dont always get what you pay for. I paid $6800 for entry doors and a storm door. First, the wrong trim was ordered, a month after the job was started it came in and was applied. WHen I called, the guy said "mistakes happen". The door knobs are cheap and move around when turned, the paint scratched anound them. I was told that they would install a new door bell if I got one. I did, they broke it, I got a new one, it works but is on crooked. A molding was broken when installing the trim and was replaced by an unfinished piece of wood, for me to paint. Hi, Recently on my Verizon Wireless bill, I received unknown charges. I called Verizon and they said these charges were from 3rd parties who send pin numbers by texting through a 5 digit number. Once the pin number is sent, the subscription or contract is started and that's when the charges start. I believe it's $9.99 a month. I honestly cannot give a review on the quality of the ulta salon in burbank. I can, however, tell you all how RUDE the salon manager, JACKIE is. I made an appt a day in advanced to get my haircut there since they are a participating Locks of Love salon and I am interested in donating my hair. The promotional code worked for me and I got the discounted price but software key they send to me never worked. When I asked them for sending new key they simply refused me to send the new key. Beware of this company. The owner, offered to buy my wife's car for $1500. Transferring the title took several months because the original loan (and lien)was with a bank no longer in existence. We got no appointments and hours upon hours of frustration with leaving messages and waiting for them to return calls with progress reports or activity. We had a similar experience too, except that we ordered a headboard and it did arrive, but broken. I did call them and they said to ship it back (they paid for shipping not me) and they would send a new one. So Fedex picked up the package to send it back but a new headboard was never sent from them and now their site is gone and we have no way of getting in touch with them. read full review »

I purchased an Arm & Hammer product that was damaged inside the package, no problem there is a "Guaranteed Performance" statement on the back of the package. Unfortunately, they never follow-up after an initial response. Their customer service responded promptly to my August email asking for additional information to which I replied. I purchased a vehicle from Chris Mensel, the EBay Sales Manager for Tysons Ford, Inc. The vehicle was represented to be in excellent condition on the EBay listing. The car was delivered with a blown headgasket, warpped head, rough transmission, rusted exhaust, badly dented bumper, missing bumper trim, plugged radiator, dysfunctional heater core, and that's just the preliminary annalysis. We recently had a terrible experience with Telepacific that I want to warn you about. We notified them on May 19, 2009 that we wanted to disconnect our service with them. We were moving offices, and we did not want to use their service at our new location. Since its untimely demise all areas of payment processing at Merrill is suffering. Since August 2008, I have incurred $200.00 in late fees as Merrill is now taking between 10-20 days to process payments. Payments mailed on the 14th of each much are not applied until well after the due date (21st) of each month.
