Beware...They try to mislead the comsumer. They may brag about authenticity, but what I received was a very FAKE, CHEAP jersey (didn't even have team name or logo on it). If you need CD or DVD duplication, do yourself a favor and avoid Action Duplication in Conshohocken, PA. They totally ruined my CD project. Not only were they very expensive (I found out I could have had my job done for less than half the price at a different CD company) but they also nickel and dimed me for every little thing. In addition the printing on my CDs was terrible and the company refused to make it right. And then they somehow managed to ship my CDs to the wrong location. We purchased a boilermate wh-7 41 gallon tank for our in floor heating unit in 2001. Since then we have had to replace the smart control unit three times. now we are looking at other options to replace the tank because we are concerned that replacing the smart control again will not be very smart. We have replaced them every year and a half @ $130.00 each time. This system rates far below what we were sold. Never buy a 3rd party auto warranty for your used car. The big 3 offer aftermarket warranties for their cars and they cost more, but there is a reason. I just had my Ford transmission go at only 10K into the warranty with Amerigard and while they aggreed that the tranmission had to be replaced, they have a cap (in section IV on the warranty) of $2000 no matter what it costs. We had nothing but problems from Wholesale Recreation in the beginning. It started with us being required to pay IN FULL (over 3K) in December 2007, but not receiving the product for over 3 MONTHS!!! I rec msg on tv screen that the lamp was nearing the end of its life. We called Norman's for service. The repair man, Tom, came out and replaced the lamp. When he tested the tv, the tv came on and then immediately cut off. He worked on it a few more minutes. After which, he ran the tv for a few minutes and told me if it happened again to call him. Purchased LG refrigerator in 2007 and have had repeated problems with it overheating. On 8/6/2009 I discovered that it was starting to burn the area around the interior light bulbs. From this, I realized that the interior bulbs were staying lit even when the doors to the refrigerator were closed. All of the food in the fridge was hot and if I had not been home, the fridge would have caught on fire because the area around the light bulbs is black. I ordered shoes from Finish Line and the clerk at the store entered the incorrect shipping zip code. While tracking my package I discovered the error. I contacted their customer service and was basically told I was out of luck. That they could do nothing for me since in was already in transit. She said that she could not contact UPS and that I could not speak to a supervisor. UPS told me that Finish Line would need to call with a intercept order but Finish Line already told me that they would not contact UPS and that they would not forward my complaint, problem, or issue to a supervisor. We brought an extended warranty from Dealer Warranty Activations being told it was a bumper to bumper warranty. When we went to use the warranty in May of this year we were told we did not have coverage for the repairs. I then wrote and cancelled our warranty on July 7, 2009 by certified mail return receipt requested. I purchased a mattress in July, 08 from you. You sent out an adjuster who clearly stated the mattress is defective but it had 2 small yellow stains on it. I can find no such stains, easily brushed them off-looked like chalk, and I want a second opinion.
