My complaint is focused toward my so called HR Manager Mindy Wallis. After being a dedicated employee since the company started I was wrongfully terminated after filling out a wage claim form. I only filled out the form after being denied overtime pay. I also have had a hard time cashing my paychecks b/c there was never any money in the account to do so, which required me to go to a money box where I would have to pay a fee. This would happen every payroll Friday. Anyone knows it is illegal to fire someone for no reason and with out warning. I highly recommend this situation is looked into for I know I am not the only one this has happened to. Thanks read full review »

Form- a -corp
Form-A-Corp processed my credit card to form an LLC in January 09. They filed for an EIN number with the IRS (which can be done for free) and never completed the process. They do not answer the phone or emails. Because forming a corporation can take some time, I lost the time frame to get a refund from American Express. PayPal attempted but was unable to get in touch with this company either. I sent a complaint to the BBB which also was unsuccssful. This site continues to advertise and even offered a summer special. Ii March-09, the company I work for, at my request, purchased a generic toner cartridge for a brand new HP laser printer to have available after the starter cartridge was used-up.
I placed the new cartridge in service in July-09, and after about 2 weeks, the cartridge started malfunctioning; the drum became coated with toner and pages printed black over most of the page.

Spa covers of thick rigid foam gradually get waterlogged and cave in, like mine did. So when I saw an ad for an innovative design at SpaCap.com, I got interested. The Spa Cap is essentially a large air bladder enclosed in a couple of layers of heavy-duty marine vinyl, so it sounds like a promising product.
It is not. Its insulation qualities are close to nil, and worse, the company's got the worst customer service this side of Attila the Hun.

Did not realize that I would be chargesd for getting information when it was displayed as "Free Goverments Grants for start up Business". I was not told that I would be charged $57.61 plus "foreign transaction fee" of $1.72, a total of $11.55 plus transaction fee: $3.44, total: $118.66. This has put me in a financial bind., when I was charged overdrafts of $34.00, which would not have happened, if this charges was not taken out of my account. I tried to call digital vmail from the phone listing in my telephone provider, AT&T regarding charges that I did not authorize ( for voice mail).
I tried to call the number but the recording says that all lines are busy and that I should call again. I tried numerous times and different days and times but get the same recording.
I have not idea of where the company is located and don't have a secondary number or direct number to call for inquiring about my charges. In the meantime, I as still paying for the charges on my telphone bill. read full review »

Digital COnverter Boxes
After I get Satellite, I am throwing away these converter boxes that I bought. Thank GOD they did send me coupons for them and I didn't pay much because I would really be pissed!! The signal sucks! They tell you buy this attena, get this unit and it still doesn't work. I had more channels on regular TV then I do with this DTV stuff.
Officially getting rid of the boxes and I feel bad for everyone else including the elderly who used to be able to watch their favorite show and can't any more. read full review »

I was a loyal customer of FCP for over 2 years. Then in May 2009 I transferred service to a new address and they tacked on a 684.00 amount to my bill. Stating it was a bad debt from someone else that I was associated with??!!?? After sending in lease agreements and the crap they requested they still wouldnt remove the fee. I purchased a set of Sumitomo Tires from Daytona Toyota. The day I bought them, I drove 35 milies home, right to the supermarket. Came out, and the new tire was flat. Took it in, and nothing was wrong, they said.
Went to Orlando right after the dealer, and woke up the next morning, flat again! Called AAA, they put a donut on, and I ruined a day at my time share, getting a place to put on the tire. Air valve again.

This magazine is a sham operation and Gabriel Medina is a fraud. Extremely low quality material. Do not trust anything they say. <br />
They cheat their own workers! (I worked with them!) and know first hand of their underhanded poor handling of employees and anyone who does business with them. Your credit card will take an almost $60.00 hit as well. Read the fine print. Free is a SHAM! You better be ready to ship the product back, at your cost, if you don't want this additional charge on your credit card. Haven't even received the product yet, and am already in the bucket for almost $70.00 bucks!
It might even work, but it is not FREE.

I posted my resume on Career Builder.com of course when I did that, I knew I would get scam jobs emailing me. I didn't however know I would get such a pushy one from this company. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! The same thing happened to me, i called several times to cancel my account and the answering service kept picking up. they took $139.00 out of my account. finally someone called me back over a week later when it was to late to cancel and they already had my money. THIS IS A SCAM. They will not give me my money back and this is not fair. A class action law suit needs to be filed against this company. I ordered a Cannon SLR camera from Camera Gaint for $499.00 which was a very competitive procie. Camera Gaint sales person called and talked me into ordering additional minor camera accessories. The total bill was then $1300.00 upon delivery I received the wrong camera.
I returned the camera and requested a refund. The salesman tried to talk me into keeping the camera indicating they would reduce the costs. I told them to just refund the camera costs, the salesales got mad and said there would be a restocking fee.

This is a private retirement fund company. I sent in rollover forms to have all funds directly rolled over to an account at Fidelity. This was a 401 account from a former employer. There were two forms I needed to fill out. I am sure that I filled out both forms exactly the same. One account is now being rolled over directly into my new Fidelity fund. The other has been cashed. TIAA CREF sent me a check and because of this a large chunk of money had to be paid to the IRS in taxes.

We Purchased a used Chevy Equinox on January 31st of 2009. We had a leased Mazda cx7 that the lease would be up on in April. The salesman talked us into purchasing the Equinox and part of the deal is that they would pay the overage on the miles and fix the dent in the Mazda and turn it into the dealer we leased it from.
